La luxueuse Villa Ruby offre un sanctuaire spacieux dans un cadre privé loin de la ville animée de San Pedro.

Notre villa à aire ouverte est parfaitement configurée pour les grandes familles, les mariages ou les couples voyageant ensemble. L'intérieur de la villa présente des antiquités d'Amérique centrale et des œuvres d'art locales pour le plaisir de tous. Il y a 5 chambres et 5. 5 salles de bain privées vous permettant de dormir confortablement 10 personnes.

Notre concierge serait ravi de réserver un massage en chambre ou d'organiser avec nos partenaires pour vous emmener dans une incroyable aventure bélizienne. Sinon, montez à bord de l'un de nos vélos gratuits et peut-être suivez un cours de yoga sur le quai. Des kayaks sont également disponibles afin que vous puissiez explorer le deuxième plus grand récif de corail du monde à quelques minutes de notre littoral. Si une visite à la ville de San Pedro vous intéresse, vous pouvez accéder à la ville en voiturette de golf, en ferry sur l'île ou en bateau-taxi privé.

The team made everything effortless, arranging transportation, a golf cart, excursions, and even connecting us with a grocery delivery service so we arrived to a fully stocked villa, which was such a thoughtful and convenient touch.The home itself is truly exceptional. The layout is both spacious and comfortable, beautifully designed without sacrificing functionality. Every bedroom having its own bathroom made a big difference for our family, and the beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve ever experienced. The AC worked perfectly, and the entire space had everything we needed to feel at home.It was a seamless, relaxing, and memorable experience all around. We would absolutely return.

Great time

Our extended family stayed in a villa with 5 bedrooms and baths giving us a very comfortable stay. We enjoyed the pool and went snorkeling. The staff were very helpful.A wonderful time was had by all.

Great stay at Ruby

We had an amazing time at Ruby and La Perla. The staff was amazing from Cindy, Star, Roberto, and Mr. Bol. We felt very well taken care of and anything we needed was taken care of. We had housekeeping half way through the week and Roberto helped us arrange a boat trip with a great guide Mr, Chocolate. The house worked out great for 3 couples. The bed in the front room was a bit loud as it sounds like the frame was loose. The grounds at the resort were groomed and very well taken care of. The welcome sign for our group was a great touch as well. We will be back for sure and certainly recommend this to others.

A Pearl

As named, LaPerla del Caribe, is a gem. It's meticulous groundskeeping of the tropical flora, nice and attentive staff, privately situated cluster of luxurious villas, away from the town centre bustle - is paradise. Villa Ruby's grand layout was perfect for our group of 8. Its architectural features and decor wowed us, as well as the barrier reef views.

First Timers in Belize -Family Christmas Trip

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Ruby! It was the perfect Villa to host our family - location, view, friendliness and promptness of staff to address our needs, and overall cleanliness of property and resort! We enjoyed our stay and the Villa/Resort met our expectations- we intend to come back!Two suggestions: the Villa could use a little updating from what we could see from the other villas on the property. For example, there was no furniture or cushions on the top deck like the others had. Also, the one request for the entire property is to have some type of bar service on the property. The Moon and Sunset Bar & Grill at the two nearby properties were accommodating and nice to have close by such that this was not a deal breaking.

The staff were friendly and made our occasion very special. For critiques- we were attacked by mosquitos every time we stepped outside, no matter how much bug spray we had on; one of the toilets kept clogging; one of the showers had low pressure; one of the sliding doors was stuck open

Wonderful Vacation!

House was large, clean, and very tranquil. Little far away from bars and restaurants so I recommend getting a golf cart rental. The water taxi from the end of the dock is also a nice and convenient way for transportation. Michaela went above and beyond to ensure we had our every want taken care of and responded very quickly. Grounds were kept beautiful and everyone was very friendly.

Pictures of house are accurate and everything was just as described. Even though there are other houses on resort we rarely saw anyone else and felt like we had place to ourselves. Michaela was excellent at checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed. Location is fairly far North, but we knew that from past visits and wasn't a problem for us. Couldn't ask for anything different...

Family reunion in paradise!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group of siblings and spouses (8 total) spent a delightful week at Ruby Villa. We love being on and near water, not looking for a city vibe. Michaela and her staff were very helpful as needed, Roberto provided excellent snorkeling, diving, and a Mayan excursion. Big highlight was the day we fished and snorkeled for our own lunch of conch ceviche, fish cooked with fresh vegetables, potatoes and corn prepared by Top and Brio. We found good restaurants within walking distance, used a golf cart a couple of days to explore further. Ruby Villa was clean and comfortable . Minor irritations included a non-working dishwasher and no safe for valuables, and some window screens with large gaps allowing mosquitoes in. Pool was lovely and the white sand grounds well cared for. Sea grass does cover the beach front. We did not swim or snorkel from the beach or dock.

Beautiful but.....

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is beautiful and spacious enough for 3 families. The property is kept immaculate; including the pool and the beach. The property is 50 years from the beach. But the view is obstructed by the palm trees. The property manager was A+; available 24/7 with all of our needs. Maintenance hoped to it as well. However, cant give this stay 5 stars b/c for a “beach vacation” there were not enough towels to keep a family of 9 supplied....the expectation was you do you own laundry. The laundry was part of the house but you had to go outside to the back of the house to use it. Although housekeeping was obligated to do our towels daily, they used our laundry to do others towels! WHAT? Housekeeping not so accommodating or friendly.

Paradise

We loved our stay at La Perla Villa Ruby! The villa was perfect for our group of 8 adults and one toddler. It was extremely clean with plenty of room for everyone. The space is amazing with beautiful Belizean decor. There is a kitchen, air conditioning units in every room, laundry area, two gathering areas, dining area and rooftop terrace. The three levels were perfect for having a quiet space for the little one at nap time while the rest of us enjoyed time together. Michaela was awesome! She was always available to assist us with anything and was very responsive to special requests! She set up our transfer flights, golf cart rentals and coordinated with Roberto for our excursions. Roberto also made our stay exceptional through good communication with setting up snorkeling, fishing and even a bar-b-que of lobster and fish that we caught or speared. We love the Belizean food and their laid back culture. It is truly outstanding! There were many other staff members at La Perla that were exceptional and we thank them so much for their hospitality and kindness. They picked up our trash daily, kept the grounds in perfect shape and even climbed up a tree to get coconuts. We enjoyed our tour guides Joe, Top, and Pip. Thank you so much for our fun excursions and your knowledge and skill. We love your sense of humor! The resort itself is very beautiful and manicured. The pool was amazing and especially nice for the toddler with areas that she could play in the water. The views of the ocean are spectacular. LaPerla is quite a ways from San Pedro. We had two golf carts and traveled the bumpy road almost every day to San Pedro for supplies. We did a lot of our own cooking. We would like to mention that the kitchen could use additional large bowls, a stained for the kitchen sink and a stopper for the jacuzzi tub as there was no way to hold the water. It was always fun to travel by golf cart as there are lots of places to stop to eat or drink! Too many to hit them all! But we tried! It was quite windy most of our 9-day stay but that did not affect our excursions or our enjoyment! If you are looking for beach time, Secret Beach is about a 25 minute golf cart ride from La Perla. It is on the lagoon side of the island so is very calm and beautiful. You must have key lime pie at some point or you will miss out on the best I’ve ever had! We were very happy with our choice to stay at La Perla! Thank you to all who made our trip amazing!!

Clean place on the northern end of the island

This property was clean and the management was prompt with requests. The washing machine and one of the ac units didn’t work. There was some miscommunication around pricing for hiring a private chef, through management. The grounds are well maintained but the beach isn’t clean. This location is about a 25 min golf cart ride to the north end of the island. If you are looking for a quite area with not much around, this place is what you’re looking for.

She was in contact with us every step of the way. From the moment we landed at San Pedro, her staff had us covered. Throughout our stay, the La Perla staff was so attentive, pleasant and accommodating that we had everything we needed taken care of. They took care of dinner reservations, booking our excursions, scheduling massages and pedicures. The property is kept in pristine condition daily. From the sand being raked, to patios and steps being swept, we were so impressed with the cleanliness of the whole property. We stayed in Villa Ruby and it was a beautiful, fully appointed with everything we needed. Would highly recommend this resort and will definitely return.

Beautiful but....

This is a beautiful home but.... PROS: Steps away from the ocean and small area for swimming. Small pool if you don’t like the ocean. Restaurants easily accessible by golf cart. Very private location. The property manager went above and beyond to meet our needs. You are only as strong as your weakest link. The maintenance team were responsive to our needs. Cons: Housekeeping is sluggish to respond, They would replenish the towels on the lower floor and not bring them up to the middle level or master bedroom… It took us two days to figure out their system.…laundry is attached to the home but you have to go outside to get to it. You might even find housekeeping utilizing the Utilities for other homeowners towels.… Difficulty getting beach towels on a daily basis yet this is a beach resort. Jacuzzi not functioning. Fresh water to drink is not free. No beach chairs on the beach we had to carry them ourselves. No chairs on the dock… Air conditioning controller was not functioning on the main floor but quickly fixed by maintenance

Perfect 40th Birthday at Villa Ruby

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We selected the Villa Ruby to celebrate one of my best friend's 40th birthdays. There were 9 of us total, friends and family. This villa was perfect for us! The villa is located on the quieter end of the island which is exactly what we wanted. There was more than enough space, it was beautiful and clean. Unfortunately we couldn't swim at the beach due to the seaweed however there is a pool on the property and we took a trip to Secret Beach. I definitely recommend renting a golf cart to go into town and to get around on the island. Also, the Sundiver bar and restaurant a couple of doors down from the villa is great. Be sure to go on Sunday for the bonfire and reggae band. I have been talking about Villa Ruby nonstop since my return and would definitely stay here again!

A true vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The week with family and friends was wonderful. Alexa and Helmer were always responsive and helped make our stay special. The house is over 30 minutes from town so it was a nice place to really unwind - not much is in walking distance. To be noted, we were there in early June and the sea grass, or was it sargasso, was abundant so no swimming in the ocean from the beach at the home and it was a bit smelly, but nothing that could be controlled - staff were out there raking it out of the ocean every day - and bug spray is a must - mosquitoes feasted on some of us. The marine life in the reef was AMAZING! The snorkeling, night snorkeling, snuba, scuba, fishing were why we were there and Amergris Caye did not disappoint. And some of us also had lovely massages under the palapa on the dock, and went to a chocolate making class in was a true vacation

WOW! Thank you for the detailed review of your stay at Villa Ruby! We are delighted your group was able to enjoy the peace and tranquility that La Perla del Caribe has to offer. The sargasso is more abundant sometimes than others, but our staff work hard to maintain it every day. Thankfully we are located near Secret Beach that is free of sargasso and offers white sand and bright blue water. It is an easy golf cart ride away and is a great way to spend a day during your stay. Spending time in the water is a must if you are in Belize. Our reef is full of life and there are activities to meet everyone's personal level of experience. We are thrilled you were able to experience so many things during your stay and we hope to have you again in the future!
