Guests will have full and private access to the entire home, including all three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, the kitchen, living areas, and the private backyard.

* **Off-Limits Areas:** For your safety and our storage needs, the garage and one designated storage closet are locked and not available for guest access.

Please note that the electric fireplace is not available for use.

* **Decorative Fireplace:** Please note that the electric fireplace in the living room is for decorative and ambient purposes only. It does not produce heat and is not available for guest operation.

* **Self Check-In:** Detailed check-in instructions, including the smart lock code, will be sent to you before your arrival.

* **Rental Agreement:** You will be required to sign our standard short-term rental agreement prior to your stay, as required by our insurance.

* **Guest Verification:** For bookings on platforms other than Airbnb, you will be asked to complete a simple guest verification through our partner, Superhog, for regulatory and security purposes.

* **Security Deposit Waiver:** Your booking includes a Security Deposit Waiver covering up to $500 in reported accidental damages. This is not an insurance policy and does not cover theft, pet damage, or damage from rule violations. Full terms will be provided.
