Welcome to this exquisitely designed lock-off studio featuring a king size bed, private patio, spacious bathroom and kitchenette. Enjoy outdoor dining on your private patio, with views of the beautifully maintained community. The bedroom includes a comfortable king-size bed, plenty of closet space and a cozy fireplace. The kitchenette is stocked with a sink, mini fridge, microwave, keurig coffee maker and standard drip coffee maker as well as dishes and utensils. Situated in one of the most desired locations in Legacy Villas, this studio is located right next to the main pool and clubhouse area!
Guests have access to the full range of Legacy Villas amenities, including 12 pools/spas, fitness center and EV chargers throughout the community.
