Bienvenue au Kingfisher Bungalow! Quintessentiellement situé dans un quartier pittoresque et calme à seulement 2 pâtés de maisons du parc en eaux vives First Street Rapids sur la rivière Deschutes. Marchez jusqu'au centre-ville, trempez-vous dans le bain à remous ou montez à bord d'un vélo de croisière pour explorer le Westside. Vos amis à fourrure AIMERONT le sentier de la rivière!

Une disposition fantastique pour les familles, vous trouverez 2 chambres dans le bungalow et un studio indépendant avec un salon, une kitchenette et une suite parentale avec un futon supplémentaire. Une cour de jardin en dalle lunatique crée juste la bonne quantité d'intimité et un espace de rassemblement parfait entre les deux.

Profitez d'œuvres d'art éclectiques et authentiques de Hawaiiana vintage, installez-vous confortablement devant le poêle à bois avec un bon livre, ou regardez un film de votre Netflix dans le salon. Il y a un téléviseur HD supplémentaire en bas. et un dans le salon de l'appartement.

Préparez un repas inoubliable dans la cuisine gastronomique entièrement équipée. Il y a une salle à manger pour 6 et un coin petit-déjeuner ensoleillé. Ou faites cuire sur le gril à gaz. Il y a des repas en plein air pour 6 séquestrés sur une charmante terrasse de jardin.

Great location!

It was so easy to walk to downtown Bend! And if you were quiet at night you could hear the river. We loved the outdoor patio and spent hours there eating and playing games. A cozy house and darling house.

Ideal location

We had a great holiday weekend at the Kingfisher Bungalow. It’s located on a quiet street just a short walk from the river and downtown (and the July 4th pet parade - what a treat!). The house & apartment are charming, decorated with a Hawaiian motif and provide adequate space to comfortably gather inside and outside. The hot tub out back is particularly nice. Communication with the mgmt company was excellent and we made use of the provided bikes. We would be happy to stay here again!

We stayed in Bend over the President's Day Weekend at the Kingfisher Bungalow and had a wonderful time. Location is unbeatable to downtown, and the vibes were amazing (loved the Hawaiian decor!). Would definitely stay again in the future.

Family time

Great location. Loved the hot tub. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes, pots and pans. Because we were there over Christmas, wished there was some Christmas decor besides a wreath on the door.

Great location!

We loved our stay! The location is incredible. Easy walk to downtown restaurants. But the best part is the location to the river - 1.5 blocks away is an easy access to the river, swim holes, and the river path. The house has great separation of space. Will come back for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay in this cute little house. The location is just fantastic. You can easily walk to downtown and along the river trails. The studio apartment out back is really well done.

Great little house close to downtown. Bed was big and comfortable. Everthing was easy to find and instructions simple. Queit lttle neighborhood as well. Highly recommend!!!!

Great Location, Comfy home

Overall we found this location to be great for visiting sights near downtown Bend. Mirror Pond and Old Mill The home is maintained well and very comfortable The floorplan/layout is a little quirky but to be expected with an older home We did not take advantage of the Hot Tub, but it was warm and clean upon arrival. Would consider staying here again if I am in the area.

Perfect Location!

Close to downtown, the river and many parks. Lovely area for walks in the morning and very peaceful location. A mini fridge in the studio would have been nice for waters, etc, but we have no complaints about the property and certainly recommend it! Thank you!

Perfect Getaway!

My oldest son goes to college in Bend and this was the perfect place to stay to be able to visit with him! I brought my other son with me and he loved being able to go run the trails along the river that are just down the block. There was way more space than we needed and the house was really well equipped (my oldest got to BBQ which he loved). We will stay here again the next time we come up for a visit!

Bend Getaway

This property was perfect for a long weekend celebrating my best friend’s engagement. The house is walking distance to parks, bars, and restaurants. We had so much fun using the hot tub and outdoor space. Would highly recommend!

This bungalow was very nice. Everyone thought it was way bigger than it looked in pics online. We had the max 8 people stay and everyone had their own space. Plus places to gather.

Great house in quiet neighborhood

Great location in Bend! Very easy to walk to the river and into downtown. Neighborhood is quiet and attractive. Charming old house, very well kept and clean, and more spacious by far than it looks from the front. One of our teens especially liked the separate "pool house" bedroom and claimed it for his own. :) Really enjoyed hot tubbing under the stars on the cold nights!

Better than the pictures

We stayed here over Thanksgiving when Bend got their first snowstorm of the year. The house looked as beautiful in the snow as it does in the summer picture listed-maybe prettier. The house was bigger than expected and very comfortable. We had a great time and hope to be able to stay here again. Perfect for extended family!

Just a couple of blocks from the beautiful and mighty Deschutes River, and the 1st St Rapids park, the Kingfisher Bungalow is nestled into a truly remarkable setting. This quiet neighborhood is in walking distance to Downtown Bend, and to all of the fun shops and restaurants on Newport Avenue. Besides the fantastic location, what makes this home so unique is the charm of the interior decor and sequestered garden patio with an open air hot tub. The APARTMENT provides a sense of privacy for your additional guests, they will have their own King bed, private bath, and a fun entertainment room with a large HDTV. The apartment is never rented out separately.
