Located right on the beach, experience a coastal escape in one of Ponte Vedra Beach's original homes. Rejuvenate, refresh, and enjoy yourself in an oceanfront home with 4 bedrooms with a small 5th bedroom located just off the garage, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, garage, laundry room, sunroom, upstairs deck, with beautiful landscaping, and private walkway to the beach. Our beach house embodies a casual, comfortable, and cozy home to relax, create memories, and spend time with your family. "Sandy toes are not a problem." Located just 1/2 mile south of the Ponte Vedra Inn Club, within a few minutes of the shopping center, and 12 minutes from Mayo Clinic. I cannot express how much our family enjoyed our stay at this classic and beautiful Ponte Vedra Beach home. I wish we could have stayed another week. It was absolutely perfect for our entire stay. The property manager is so kind and made our time there so enjoyable. If anyone is looking for a uniquely classic Ponte Vedra beach home to relax and enjoy the beautiful ocean views, look no further than this one! You will not be disappointed, we LOVED everything about it and WILL be going back again this summer.

Multi Generations! Fit our whole family very comfortably and we enjoyed our stay. View from upstairs deck is fantastic! Really enjoyed the screen porch and the backyard beach. Appreciated the outdoor shower & spicket; washer/dryer worked well.Kitchen: enough dishes & pan for cooking; dishwasher needs updating; lacked spices & basic cooking supplies; not enough garbage bags. Bathrooms: all nice & well supplied; the upstairs Jack/Jill sink had some plugged sink issues; downstairs master has no heat(which we needed); Bedrooms: nice beds and bedding.It is an older home, but very comfortable. We would be happy to stay again and likely will.

Family Week at the Beach

Lovely house with direct beach access and a lot of homey character. The house is well equipped for a big group with plenty of beds, and a well outfitted kitchen. We enjoyed the screened porch and the beach shower. The living room is comfortable for a large group hanging out together.

Great location, charming home

We had a wonderful stay in PVB with family and friends. The house was well maintained, comfortably furnished, plenty of seating for all. The upper deck was a great place to enjoy a book and view the beach. Coffee on the screen porch was a delightful way to start the morning. We plan to come back!
