Located right on the beach, experience a coastal escape in one of Ponte Vedra Beach's original homes. Rejuvenate, refresh, and enjoy yourself in an oceanfront home with 4 bedrooms with a small 5th bedroom located just off the garage, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, garage, laundry room, sunroom, upstairs deck, with beautiful landscaping, and private walkway to the beach. Our beach house embodies a casual, comfortable, and cozy home to relax, create memories, and spend time with your family. "Sandy toes are not a problem." Located just 1/2 mile south of the Ponte Vedra Inn Club, within a few minutes of the shopping center, and 12 minutes from Mayo Clinic. Multi Generations! Fit our whole family very comfortably and we enjoyed our stay. View from upstairs deck is fantastic! Really enjoyed the screen porch and the backyard beach. Appreciated the outdoor shower & spicket; washer/dryer worked well.Kitchen: enough dishes & pan for cooking; dishwasher needs updating; lacked spices & basic cooking supplies; not enough garbage bags. Bathrooms: all nice & well supplied; the upstairs Jack/Jill sink had some plugged sink issues; downstairs master has no heat(which we needed); Bedrooms: nice beds and bedding.It is an older home, but very comfortable. We would be happy to stay again and likely will.

Family Week at the Beach

Lovely house with direct beach access and a lot of homey character. The house is well equipped for a big group with plenty of beds, and a well outfitted kitchen. We enjoyed the screened porch and the beach shower. The living room is comfortable for a large group hanging out together.

Wonderful home for a family gathering!

This home is very comfortable and quaint. We all had such a great time. The second story balcony or the covered porch was perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The location was perfect. Just keep in mind....there are lots of rules (for good reason). This home is a gem in Ponte Vedra. Marita is very friendly and quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, charming home

We had a wonderful stay in PVB with family and friends. The house was well maintained, comfortably furnished, plenty of seating for all. The upper deck was a great place to enjoy a book and view the beach. Coffee on the screen porch was a delightful way to start the morning. We plan to come back!

Beautiful home on a quiet beach with friends

We had a restful, quiet getaway with friends and our kids- so it was two couples and two three year olds and one infant. The house is beautiful with nice furniture, bathrooms, comfy beds- all we could ask for. Beach is right out the back door- wow. We could have used the extra bedroom off of the garage for one kid- but instead we put a pack and play in the primary bedroom on the first floor so we could have everyone in the same wing of the house (that extra bedroom would be great for a teen or young adult, just felt a little removed to have our young kids in there). We hope to come back one day.

Beach House

The location and property were great. The house could use a deep clean. The basic cleaning was covered but under the beds and in drawers was some trash. Having the beach right there was perfect and the neighborhood was amazing. Finally, the beds were not queen beds. They were fulls.

Perfect size and location. Gorgeous view.

Our stay was great. This is the perfect house and layout for a family or three couples. Marita was fantastic to work with and made herself available for any need, from booking to departure. The living and dining area are especially nice. Ocean views from screened porch and upstairs deck could not be better. The proximity to anything we needed was ideal - I rented a bike from BeachLife and they delivered it within a couple of hours. Sidewalks make riding and walking convenient. It is an older home, so a few glitches with kitchen and baths should be expected.

Hosting Friends for Golf

I needed space to host five friends for a Ponte Vedra golf weekend. This home has plenty of space, and is right on the beach. The porch and 2nd floor deck provide great spaces to relax, talk, have a drink and watch the ocean. The proximity to the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club is also great.

Great little gem of a spot

Let’s face it, if you’re looking at this spot you only care about the location. The house served our needs but more importantly what made this ideal was the beach access and having a spot to veg out in our own space. The house provided all the amenities we needed (towels, fridge, dishwasher, range, very comfortable beds, etc) and close proximity to great restaurants and grocery stores. The screened in porch was great for unwinding at night. Stop scrolling and reserve this house.

2023 Beach Trip

Our group of college girlfriends (now 70 years old!) loved this house and the beach. It was comfortable and well equipped and had plenty of room for all of us. It is not a new house but very comfortable - and the beach is right out the screened porch! So easy. Our host Maurita was great - she met us and answered any questions or problems that we had. We recommend this house for a laid back visit - perfect for families and old friends.

What a gem!

Where to start. This ended up being the most amazing location I could have asked for. I booked this beach house for my kiddos spring break. I wasn’t 100% sure on the location but wanted something in a more quiet area. I’m typically not a fan of the overcrowded beach scene. I can’t say enough about the wonderful location. The beach is incredibly close. It is basically in your back yard. This is an older home as stated in previous reviews. This was not an issue for us. It was extremely cozy for our family. We all felt right at home the moment we walked in. The rooms are decorated perfectly. My kids and I loved looking at all the shells they have out for decor. The screened in porch was great for meals. The upstairs balcony porch was even better. Opening the sliding door to the bedroom upstairs and hearing/seeing the ocean was so relaxing. The outdoor shower area was perfectly located to the side of the house for easy beach cleanup. The neighborhood was very quiet and extremely nice. We saw a few passerbys exercising on the beach but overall we had the beach to ourselves. My kids and I found tons of shark teeth. They were very excited about that. The kitchen is loaded with just about all you need to cook meals. There was also a keurig which we appreciated. There are grocery stores and restaurants close by. We absolutely will be staying again. My kids and I hardly wanted to leave. Thank you Marita for being such a wonderful accommodating host. You made the experience even better!
