Newly Renovated Oceanfront House near Ponte Vedra Beach and a few miles from TPC

This newly renovated 6 bedroom house is perfect for your family to enjoy the week at the beach. Located on the ocean with a private walkway to the Beach. This house has great entertaining space downstairs and a large media room upstairs. We are 1/2 North of the Ponte Vedra Club and in biking distance of the many shops and restaurants in Jacksonville Beach. This house is designed to accommodate two families with plenty of room to spread out. Also, I am willing to discount the rent if you would like to rent for more then 7 days. This house has an office if you need this property for an extended period of time. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

This beautiful home is perfect for our family gatherings. The design of the home caters perfectly to our family's needs. With a bedroom on the ground floor for our great grandmother, she had easy access and comfort. The location is convenient, with easy access to local attractions, shopping, and dining, yet it remains a peaceful and private retreat. It's the perfect balance for a relaxing vacation.This is our second stay in this spacious home. We have created many wonderful memories here and plan to return again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a spacious, comfortable, and beautiful place to stay with their loved ones. Thank you for another fantastic experience!

Family Reunion Get-Away

This is a lovely home in Ponte Vedra Beach Florida, right on the beach. Our family was easily accommodated. We appreciated the location, close to many stores and restaurants. We did have small children so the availability of cribs, highchair seat, gates to use on the stairs was important. Many wonderful family memories were made in the week that we stayed.

Lovely Beach House

Large, clean, well-equipped, newly renovated beach front home. Located on a quiet side street but within minutes to grocery and other stores, golf, etc. Our large group of family and friends loved it. Would definitely rent again.

Wedding Weekend

Our family loved this spacious beach front home In Ponte Vedra. Plenty of beach chairs, towels and beach toys to entertain the younger ones. Shopping close by!

Perfect family Vrbo

Beautiful home with lots of space and amenities for younger children. Location is ideal to easily drive to Atlantic, Neptune or Ponte Vedra Beach. The home is pristine with a spectacular ocean view. This is our 2nd stay and we will return again next year.
