The home is perfectly located a short walking distance from downtown, allowing you to enjoy the peace and tranquility of Costa Rica while still being close enough to downtown to walk down the hill and enjoy all that Tamarindo and the beach has to offer. From the back gate of the property you are only a 10-15 minute walk to downtown Tamarindo and the beach, which offers great restaurants, local markets, live music, nightlife, shopping, a skatepark, basketball court, pickle ball courts, gyms, yoga studios, surfing, beautiful beaches, and more!

The home has 4 spacious bedrooms and 4.5 Bathrooms, with a total of 5 beds that can sleep up to 8 people comfortably.

There is one bedroom on the lower level of the home that has direct access to the downstairs terrace and pool area that is perfect for any guests that are not able to climb the stairs.

The grounds of the property are all beautifully landscaped and it is common to see monkeys, lizards, parakeets, iguanas, hummingbirds, and other wildlife in the trees and gardens.

There is plenty of parking on the property with a large 1 car garage and room for 2 additional vehicles in the driveway inside the security gate. There is also plenty of additional free parking on the street if necessary.
