Il s'agit d'une propriété véritablement en bord de mer située dans le meilleur emplacement possible et le plus bel immeuble de la région. Composé de 3 chambres à coucher complètes et 3 salles de bain complètes, cuisine gastronomique, salon spacieux, grande piscine avec immense bain à remous, parking souterrain, sols en pierre naturelle, finitions haut de gamme, draps et matelas de luxe, barbecue Weber Genesis en acier inoxydable sur votre balcon en bord de mer et plus. Ça ne va pas beaucoup mieux que ça.

De plus, nous fournissons un service de ménage pour la maison tous les deux jours pendant votre séjour. Le gestionnaire immobilier vous enregistrera personnellement dans le condo et vous aidera à vous familiariser avec la région tout en fournissant un service de conciergerie continu pour votre groupe comme vous le souhaitez.

Une courte promenade à un certain nombre de bars et restaurants de Playa Langosta et à 10-15 minutes à pied de la ville de Tamarindo (ou 2 minutes en voiture) vous donnera de nombreuses options. La région compte de nombreuses épiceries (grandes et petites) et nous pouvons même coordonner les courses à livrer à la maison avant votre arrivée.

Thank you for the great 5-star review. Crystal Sands is a high-end beachfront condo gated community in Playa Langosta. With direct access to the beach, the complex also offers free underground parking and security 24 hours a day. Unit 202 is located on the second floor. It offers a nice ocean view from the living space and master BDR. The condo itself is comfortable, large, and bright. Perfect for families and friends. It has 3 BDR's and sleeps up to 8 guests. It also has a full kitchen, cable tv, internet, laundry amenities, and BBQ. Tamairndo is only a 5-minute drive or a 15-minute walk from Crystal Sands.

Amazing stay!!

Had an amazing 5 night stay in this wonderful house. The house was absolutely perfect, well equipped, with plenty of room for the 4 of us. The view from the balcony was nothing short of amazing. The property was great in every way. Loved the convenience of the assigned underground parking. Would absolutely stay again!!!!

Crystal Sand is an elegant condo oceanfront building in Playa Langosta with direct access to the beach, beautiful grounds, underground parking, and 24-hour security. The unit 202 is on the second floor. There is an elevator in the building. With 3 BDR's, the condo is nicely furnished and very comfortable for large families or small groups. The condo was stunning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was quiet and felt safe. The only issue we had was that the beds are very firm and we wished we had comforters or extra blankets. The beach is beautiful but it is very rocky.

Thank you for the 5-star review! Crystal Sands is a fantastic property and unit 202 is an elegant 3 BDR condo fully equipped with an ocean view. You will enjoy the sunsets every day and also the proximity to the beach for nice walks in the morning when the tide is low. Langosta is a beautiful neighborhood only one mile from the center of Tamarindo where most of the shops and amenities are. You can rent a golf cart if you plan on staying in Tamarindo or rent a 4x4 and explore around the area. Jason and Kim, we look forward to hosting you soon again!

Crystal Sands is the perfect spot if you are looking for a property right in front of the beach with an ocean view, privacy, a nice interior, and a fully equipped unit. This 3 BDR condominium is located on the second floor and sleeps up to 8 guests. Crystal Sands is also a short mile distance form the center of Tamarindo where all the shops and most of the restaurants are.

Luxurious Condo, Great Location

Love this area, just far away from the busy town but close enough to walk to. Beautiful beach and very nice accommodations. Only one negative was furniture in family room had a "not-so fresh" smell which was overwhelming.

Incredible Stay

The view is out of this world. My family, fiance and I stayed here for a few days and could not have been happier with the property. Every room is larger than you'd expect and the balcony provides a perfect view of the sunset over the ocean every evening.

On the beach in Tamarindo

We stayed in this beautiful, well appointed condo fo 4 weeks located right on Langosta beach within walking distance of Tamarindo. It was a great experience and family and friends really enjoyed spending time with my wife and I. We had a rental car so we were also able to see other areas when we wanted. Highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed the space to more about. The condo rooms were large with plenty of storage. Having a washer and dryer on site is a bonus. The security guards were helpful and prompt. I was disappointed with the beach it was rockier than expected, and the view of the beach was blocked by the trees.

Thank you for the 5-star review. Crystal Sands is a nice property with a great location at the point, close to the beach and within walking distance of town. The beach in Langosta is surely rockier than Tamaridno so not as great for swimming however beautiful to walk on in the early hours in the morning or around sunset times. The building is right in front of the beach but there are trees between the condo and the ocean so some condos on the first and second levels do not have as a great view as the units that are on higher floors. Still you can listen to the waved and relax :)

Quite happy that this was a quiet place away from the bustle of Tamarindo itself, yet easy to walk into town.

The pictures don't do it justice

This condo was truly amazing. I rarely say that a place looks better in real life than the pictures posted. The balcony view of the ocean is breathtaking, and the condo is huge. There were 5 of us but this condo can comfortably sleep 8 (in beds). Washer and dryer were a huge bonus for me, especially being near the beach. There were plenty of extra linens. Concierge was very responsive when I had questions. The property is gated and we felt very safe the entire time. Two pieces of constructive criticism, because no place is perfect :) The parking (under the building) is very tight. We had a rental SUV and it was a challenge getting it in and out of the very small spot, but not impossible. A small car would be no problem. There are quite a few crabs (sand crabs?) in the condo. We found 3-4 a day throughout our stay. I did ask building management and they said this was "part of the beauty of Costa Rica". We would have preferred if that beauty stayed outside the condo. I'm not sure if there is anything that can be done about this, but I just think they should make you aware in advance since there are so many.

This unit is great, located on a second floor, with great views, proximity to town, and access to the Langosta beach. Fully equipped for up to 8, it offers large and comfortable spaces. We appreciate your feedback regarding the parking. There is always room outside if you prefer to use a larger space. Regarding the crabs, it is definitely difficult to control as part of the ecosystem here. Tropical countries have that and it is hard to say when how and where they will be. We will work harder on controlling and limiting them around the condo. We hope you can come back and stay here soon again! Pura vida!
