Cette belle et élégante villa supérieure située dans la région de Tamarindo / Langosta est nichée dans un cadre intime composé de 5 villas, dénommées Casablanca, qui entourent une belle piscine à la végétation tropicale exceptionnelle. Travers de la route est la plus magnifique plage de sable sûre qui est idéal pour la natation, la marche, le jogging et super pour les enfants. Il ya une grande terrasse privée donnant sur la piscine ainsi que d'une seconde terrasse de jardin où vous pourrez profiter de la sérénité et les sons des nombreux oiseaux tropicaux et de regarder l'iguane résident. Les sons et de la vue des singes hurleurs est une expérience incroyable.
La maison est joliment meublée et le plafond de teck voûté crée une atmosphère merveilleuse. Il ya trois chambres, chacune avec lits queen ainsi que d'un canapé-lit dans le salon. Il ya l'air conditionné ainsi que des ventilateurs de plafond dans chaque chambre.
Il ya une cuisine moderne entièrement équipée avec appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit. Il ya un barbecue en plein air autour de la zone de la piscine.

Inclus est un service de ménage hebdomadaire et un service de ménage quotidien est disponible sur demande. Il ya internet et la télévision par câble et un parking privé sécurisé à côté de la villa.

Cette villa est extrêmement bien trop cher et profiter d'un hébergement de haute qualité à un prix abordable. Il est un lieu de grande famille.

This was just perfect for our family of 4! Willy was great and communicated with us before the trip setting up shuttles and a golf cart while we were there! The villa is on a cute quiet property with a nice pool and loungers. The VRBo is perfectly located to town where you could walk or we used a golf cart also. We loved it and will definitely come again!

We loved the location of this property! Just a short walk to the beach. The pool and patio were favorite spots for our family to be together. If you are lucky, you will see monkeys from the deck. Owners were very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent communication with the property owner and manager. The condo was exactly as described. Very clean, stocked with what we needed. Short walk to the beach. We found the surfing to be better towards the north end of the beach, but the entire beach was beautiful. We loved it stay!

Great choice for families staying in Tamarindo. It’s a spacious condo with everything you need, very well maintained. We got a tour as soon as we arrived and the property manager was very helpful. I am a picky traveler and was happy that they had super fluffy bath towels (with extra spares), and everything you need in the kitchen. Location was ideal. It was quiet but very walkable to restaurants and the main town. The pool was so relaxing! And it was literally a two-minute walk to the beach, which is across the street via a public walkway. Don’t hesitate to book this one!

Hosts immediately reached out after booking and provided a ton of information to help during our stay in Tamarindo. Willy, the local property manager, was excellent pre-arrival through the end of our stay. The condo was clean and well stocked with items needed for our beach days. Quick access to the beach is a huge draw to the place. You’ll find nearby cafes, surf lessons, and shopping to fill your time. The restaurant next door had a fantastic breakfast/lunch if you want to get away from cooking in the condo. On that note, plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans, and skillets to cook up most meals. The grill outside was a nice thing to have as well. We used that for two huge meals, in addition to the oven/stove. AC units in each room quickly cooled the rooms each evening and made for a comfortable sleep environment after being out at the hot, humid beach all day. Kids loved having a pool downstairs from the condo and we closed out most days with a dip there. Overall, great place to stay where Tamarindo transitions into Langosta. Not as bright and lively as the city center (but close access) and not as sleepy and quiet as Langosta. A great mix of the two. We’d stay here if and when we return to Tamarindo.

This property is just as advertised. Everything you need is there. If it matters (it does for us) the dinnerware, cutlery and wine glasses even matched. Location is excellent, 50 meters from the beach access, close enough to the attractions that you can walk yet far enough away from the noise and hustle. Evenings were quiet so you can enjoy sitting out to wind the day down.Syd and Lynn were absolutely amazing hosts. I don’t think you could find nicer people who actually care that your stay is everything you wished for. Fortunately for us they were there at another of their properties while we were there so we had the pleasure of meeting them. We had an issue with the bbq and they said we would have a new the following day, it was delivered by 1:00 PM and Syd was there to ensure we were happy. Syd & Lynn invited our family to their penthouse the following night to have a cocktail and watch the sunset which was utterly amazing. The hospitality was second to none and the penthouse……. WOW!!!If ever you are considering Tamarindo you cannot go wrong with this property, absolutely awesome!Regarding the hosts, second to none!!

Super great for our family! Location, amenities!

We are 5 adults an a 3 yr old. Pool and beach proximity perfect for our needs. Host had excellent recommendations for restaurants and services I likes that it was a little beyond but a short walk to the busier centre.
