Cette belle et élégante villa supérieure située dans la région de Tamarindo / Langosta est nichée dans un cadre intime composé de 5 villas, dénommées Casablanca, qui entourent une belle piscine à la végétation tropicale exceptionnelle. Travers de la route est la plus magnifique plage de sable sûre qui est idéal pour la natation, la marche, le jogging et super pour les enfants. Il ya une grande terrasse privée donnant sur la piscine ainsi que d'une seconde terrasse de jardin où vous pourrez profiter de la sérénité et les sons des nombreux oiseaux tropicaux et de regarder l'iguane résident. Les sons et de la vue des singes hurleurs est une expérience incroyable.
La maison est joliment meublée et le plafond de teck voûté crée une atmosphère merveilleuse. Il ya trois chambres, chacune avec lits queen ainsi que d'un canapé-lit dans le salon. Il ya l'air conditionné ainsi que des ventilateurs de plafond dans chaque chambre.
Il ya une cuisine moderne entièrement équipée avec appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit. Il ya un barbecue en plein air autour de la zone de la piscine.

Inclus est un service de ménage hebdomadaire et un service de ménage quotidien est disponible sur demande. Il ya internet et la télévision par câble et un parking privé sécurisé à côté de la villa.

Profitez des nombreux restaurants et boutiques de Tamarindo ou marcher le long des plages de sable sans fin. Il ya une petite épicerie à une courte distance mais pour une superbe sélection de boutique de nourriture au supermarché nouvellement ouverte Auto Mercado ultra moderne.

Cette villa est extrêmement bien trop cher et profiter d'un hébergement de haute qualité à un prix abordable. Il est un lieu de grande famille.

This was just perfect for our family of 4! Willy was great and communicated with us before the trip setting up shuttles and a golf cart while we were there! The villa is on a cute quiet property with a nice pool and loungers. The VRBo is perfectly located to town where you could walk or we used a golf cart also. We loved it and will definitely come again!

We loved the location of this property! Just a short walk to the beach. The pool and patio were favorite spots for our family to be together. If you are lucky, you will see monkeys from the deck. Owners were very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent communication with the property owner and manager. The condo was exactly as described. Very clean, stocked with what we needed. Short walk to the beach. We found the surfing to be better towards the north end of the beach, but the entire beach was beautiful. We loved it stay!

Super great for our family! Location, amenities!

We are 5 adults an a 3 yr old. Pool and beach proximity perfect for our needs. Host had excellent recommendations for restaurants and services I likes that it was a little beyond but a short walk to the busier centre.

Great Stay

Great property for our family of 5. Easy and quick access to the ocean, and added bonus of a pool. Perfect location close/walkable to downtown, but not in the noisy mix. Very nice restaurant next door
