While you get the peace of a quiet street, you’re still just a quick 10-minute trip to Jordan Creek or just over 15 minutes to downtown thanks to instant access to I-80 and I-235, making travel throughout the city a breeze.

• Smoking and drug use are not allowed inside the home. There is a $1000 fine if discovered.
• Pets are allowed with $150 fee. Please add your pet into your search along with guest count prior to booking.
• There is a fee of $15 per guest per night after 6 guests
Guest will access the home through the front door using a smart lock code that is provided at 11am on the day of check in.
SECURITY: There is a ring doorbell located on the exterior next to the front door facing the front step landing and yard that records audio and video 24/7 for guests safety. If the device is tampered with the reservation may be cancelled with no refund.
