We can comfortably host groups of up to 13. To help accommodate everyone, our living areas include four couches that can be used as extra sleeping spots. If you plan on having more than 13 guests, please reach out to us first so we can help make sure everyone has a comfortable stay!

~ ADDITIONAL NOTES ~

• Events and parties are NOT allowed. Excessive noise and guests over the allowed amount will be subject to a $1,000 fine. This home is in a very high end neighborhood and we want to be respectful neighbors to the family

• Smoking and drug use are not allowed inside the home. There is a $1000 fine if discovered.

• Pets are allowed with $150 fee. Please add your pet into your search along with guest count prior to booking.

• There is a fee of $15 per guest per night after 6 guests



Guest will access the home through the front door using a smart lock code that is provided at 11am on the day of check in.



SECURITY: There is a ring doorbell located on the exterior next to the front door facing the front step landing and yard that records audio and video 24/7 for guests safety. If the device is tampered with the reservation may be cancelled with no refund.
