Grande terrasse en bord de mer avec de beaux meubles pour profiter de la meilleure vue dans la maison. Un loft au-dessus du salon a un canapé-lit de style chaise. We had a wonderful visit and would definitely highly recommend this property. The location can’t be beat. The property manager was very responsive when we made a request. One thing you cannot tell from the photos, is that the stairs down to the beach require you to then walk over a dune. This was a little bit difficult for my father, however, we all agree we would stay at this house again. All the perks far out weed this one difficulty.

We had the sweetest weekend celebrating my best friend and bride to be! Everything was exactly as pictured. We loved the spaces and quick access to the beach. The updated bathrooms and kitchens were beautiful, and there was enough space for all to enjoy. I’ll be back!

Family wedding gathering

We rented this place for a local family wedding. This was the perfect spot for my siblings and I to unwind and relax in between wedding activities.

Perfect home and location

The property is a wonderful location and home is great. The cleanliness was very...the tables and counters were sticky, dishes were dirty, and the air filters have not been changed, air was so bad I couldn't stop sneezing and had to leave a day early.

Perfect Beach House

Beautiful house right on the beach. Loved the A-frame style, simple and stylish interior decor, and especially the big windows in front—the sunrise streamed right in. My husband and I had a great time. The beach was lovely and empty. We could run back to the house during the summer afternoon rains.

Great Views

A very pleasant small place with wonderful deck, ocean views and a nice beach. Kitchen is well equipped and everything in the house works well. My only suggestion is that the owner provide a table and good umbrella for the deck. We brought our own just in case and it made the deck a perfect gathering place in the afternoon and early evening.

Beach Heaven!

The pictures are 100% accurate! The house was fresh, clean, and everything was new (appliances, furniture, etc.)! The view was amazing from both the main level and the loft! We saw dolphins every morning! The house was stocked very well with everything you need including a grill! The homeowners provide linens and towels, as well as basic toiletries to get you started (which was really appreciated since we were coming from out of state)! One of the comments mentioned a problem with the washer/dryer, but it worked perfectly fine for us. We would definitely return and we have nothing but good things to say!!!

The property appears just like in the photos. Its located right near seaside and everything is within a short distance. It has an absolute amazing view which we were able to watch dolphins cross in the morning and afternoon from the 2nd floor and deck. It also had toiletries and was stocked with paper towels and toilet paper very well. The garage had a ton of beach chairs to select from which we didn't know so we had brought our own. There were boards, baby pool, etc. It had so much to select from. This will make the next time easier as we don't have to pack so much.Some cons - the deck could lead out to the beach to improve accessibility to the beach for elderly. The air filter needed (visible heavy dust on vent) to be changed and the vents were on the floor -one of which is in between bedrooms and bathroom and is sharp so you have to step around it. Odd place for a vent but with all other pros of property we were able to look over it. It could be a problem for little ones who are crawling or kids not watching where they step.Overall, incredibly amazing stay!! Loved the property! :)

Missed Opportunity

The only thing this property has going for it is the gorgeous view of the ocean. The property is dated and the furnishings looked second hand. The plates and cups all looked stained and made us not want to use them, even after washing them by hand. The stove only had two operating burners, the dishwasher tilted forward when opened, the lounge chairs were broken and I stopped counting the number of times I smacked my head against the sloped walls. Would not stay here again.

Unique property with great view of the ocean

Fantastic view of the ocean. Even comes with it's own sea turtle in the back area towards the ocean. Rental office personnel were great when we needed to rebook due to a death in the family. When we called for an AC question, the maintenance person came right over to help. Property is unique mid-century modern. Good if you want to spend time on the ocean and not doing much cooking (limited kitchen supplies/3 coffee cups) or catch the news on tv (one TV which didn't work for the first 24 hours). Property had a musty odor. Walls in upstairs master bedroom are a-frame tilted in walls, so you have to watch your head getting in and out of bed. We loved the location but didn't enjoy the property so we left early.

Wedding Weekend

We were there for our son’s wedding at The Ribault Club on Fort George Island. Beautiful house, great beach view & so close to downtown Fernandina Beach, which has great restaurants & shopping! It was a wonderful weekend & perfect weather! We will come again!!!

Great stay!

Property was wonderful. Beautifully decorated, comfy beds and breathtaking views! Loved every minute. Only issue was that washer and dryer didn’t work (or just not hooked up).
