We had such a lovely vacation at the Pool House. This is a perfect rental for two!! Spacious, nice kitchen, lovely bedroom, and your own private pool! It's your own little resort, and even has a nice sunset/ocean view with palm trees. It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood just a couple minutes from the Safeway and Walmart. Less than 5 minutes to Kailua/Kona Farmers Market and downtown. Highly recommend!

We cannot recommend Mark's Pool House highly enough. From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described — and then some.The property itself is immaculate, beautifully appointed, and perfectly equipped for two people. The private pool was our favorite part of every evening — cold drink in hand, watching the sun set over the ocean from the lanai. After full days of exploring the island, coming home to this felt like an absolute luxury.Mark struck exactly the right balance as a host — attentive without being intrusive. He left us a generous welcome gift of white pineapple and Kona coffee from his own farm, both of which were exceptional. When we had questions about the island, he was quick to respond with genuinely helpful local knowledge.If you're a couple looking for a private, peaceful, beautifully maintained home base in Kona with sunset views and your own pool, look no further. We will absolutely be back.Mahalo, Mark — you made our first Big Island trip truly unforgettable.

The pool house is perfect. Hosts are amazing. Location was very central to anything you want to do and there's a Walmart and Target a 5 min drive away to shop for food or supplies. The pool house comes equipped with anything you might need whether for a few days or a few weeks, the hosts have thought of everything. It was immaculately clean and very comfortable.

The host did an exceptional job of supplying everything we needed and more. Beautiful bed with new linens and soft beautiful towels. We asked if there was a weight bench and set and they went out and bought a new set for our use. Kitchen is very well stocked and location is great. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Stay!

Perfect place for two with outdoor cooking and a refreshing pool. The location is central to activities and in a quiet neighborhood. We had some great sunsets from the lanai.
