Cette nouvelle maison unifamiliale a été achevée en 2018. Tout est prévu pour votre escapade de luxe parfaite à Saugatuck / Douglas cet été. La maison est à moins d'un kilomÚtre à pied / à vélo des nombreux restaurants, bars, boutiques et activités du centre-ville de Saugatuck.

La maison comprend une cuisine de chef gastronomique avec des appareils KitchenAid haut de gamme en acier inoxydable noir, une retraite de maßtre avec une immense douche spa de 8 pieds, trois salles de bain complÚtes et quatre chambres de plus de 2900 pieds carrés. Le porche filtré avec cheminée extérieure est parfait pour une soirée relaxante western MI confortable. Il y a une salle à manger avec une table pour 8-10 personnes et de nombreux coins salons pour toute la famille ou un groupe d'amis pour passer du temps ensemble. De plus, il y a une terrasse et un barbecue pour un barbecue parfait en soirée dans le Michigan!

Amazing stay!

This is our 4th time staying at this lovely home in saugatuck. Amazing location and perfect accommodations. The house has everything you’d need and is so peaceful yet walkable to town. Loved it! Can’t wait to come back.

Perfect quiet location, walking distance to town. Great accommodation for a family of 8 including two small kids. Your well appointed kitchen and back patio were great for family dinners (thanks to a great grill). Easy check in and coordination with Chadd was a plus! Would stay here again.

A beautiful home- perfect for 3 couples! We loved the screened in porch & wooded setting while still within walking distance to downtown Saugatuck. MBr was luxurious & comfy but other couples complained about mattresses being too stiff & pillows too squashed (needed replacing). Overall, we had a great stay!

Wonderful Stay at Ridgeview Retreat

The Ridgeview Retreat in Saugatuck is a beautiful, modern, and clean home. The location is excellent (very close to downtown), and the home is well-equipped for a family vacation (fun selection of board games for kids). The kitchen and master bedroom/bathroom, in particular, are incredible. Great communication from Brian (owner) and Chadd (local property manager) throughout our stay. Highly recommended, would absolutely stay here again!

Loved our stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here! We came up for a week in July. There were two families with 4 little kids ranging from ages 1-5. The place was extremely clean, we were so impressed with the organization of the kitchen, we loved the open floor plan as well. It was an extremely comfortable house, and we would stay here again in a heartbeat :)

Great space and location

This property was great for our group (5 adults, 2 toddlers) - very spacious, great kitchen and living spaces, very quiet street with enjoyable outdoor spaces. Additionally, it was a short, easy walk to downtown Saugatack and a 15-20 min drive to South Haven and Holland. Our family stayed for two weeks, it was great!

Lovely property close to town

Perfect place for our family to meet to spend Christmas together. Great kitchen, fabulous hot tub, and wonderful space to socialize. We also found the customer service excellent, as we had a couple requests, restaurant recommendations, etc. We highly recommend!

New, clean, spacious house with a very nice inside design, i.e., the living room and kitchen/dining area are diagonally across from from each other so that each area feels separate because it has 3 walls yet open because the fourth portion of each room is open to the other.

Excellent visit to Saugatuck

Brian’s place was amazing. Great location with plenty of space for our family. The house had everything we needed during our stay. Brian was very responsive when we had questions. I would definitely recommend his place and would stay there again on future visits to the area.

This place was awesome. Stunning property. Owner was super easy to communicate and invested in ensuring we had a great time. The house was a 3 minute drive from both Saugatuck and Douglas. I can not recommend enough.

Great place to stay

Overall the house was well equipped with towels, paper towels, toilet paper and almost anything you can think of needed in a house. The only thing it could use would be a couple more hooks or towel racks in the downstairs bathroom.

Beautiful home

Everything about this vacation was great! The home was beautiful and yet very comfortable! The outside sitting area was great except for the mosquitoes! The property manager was always available for us when we had a few question. We went there with our kids and grandkids to celebrate our 50 year anniversary such a great place to do it at! Highly recommend this place!

Our stay in Saugatuck

Recommend this house and location for a great stay in Saugatuck. Conveniently located within walking distance (about a mile) to downtown and yet in a quiet residential area. Well stocked kitchen as we like to cook, and plenty of games to entertain our children and grandchildren. Loved to hand in the porch and enjoyed the outdoor seating area.

Family Week

We were all very pleased with our stay here. Everything was as described in the VRBO listing. Plenty of room for 5 adults and one 7 year old. The kitchen was a dream to prepare some home meals. Beds were very comfortable. Outdoor area was very quiet and secluded. The hot tub was enjoyed by all.

Amazing Stay in Saugatuck

We had an awesome week at this beautiful house in Saugatuck. It is even more beautiful in person and the owners have thought of everything. From a well stocked kitchen, to a built in music system, and a closet full of games... We didn't lack for a single thing. We'd definitely recommend this house!!
