Great place located in a quiet area yet convenient to stores and the beach (10-15 minute drive to beach depending on which beach, Costco is about 7-8 minutes away). We liked the cleanliness and the attention to detail. For example, a shoe rack by the door (we remove our shoes in the house same as at home), extension cords on some outlets making it easy to plug in chargers, plenty of plates and cookware for preparing food in the kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, hot and cold water dispenser, etc. The host has made it very much a home and very comfortable for a small family to just arrive and settle in.

We needed a last-minute place to stay after our hotel reservation fell through, and we're so glad we found this one. Nathan was welcoming and responsive, and we truly enjoyed our stay. You can tell a lot of thought went into the small touches — the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you'd need: paper towels, a brand-new sponge, dish soap pods for the dishwasher, and bottled water. Even the bathrooms had cups set out for toothbrushes and toothpaste. The place was spotless, comfortable, and a perfect fit for the four of us. Highly recommend!

We were in town to visit family and visit a few local events. The location is in a nice residential area that is quiet at night and traffic is limited. The property is clean and well maintained. While it may not be a luxury rental, it had everything we needed and showers were hot and had great pressure and beds were comfortable. Will stay here again!

We arrived earlier than expected, but prior to that I asked Nathan what we could do since never being in the area. He gave us a list of things we could do until check in. Once we got there, entry was easy and the house was as described. We loved our stay and the neighborhood was perfect for us. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Nathan for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. Our trip was perfect!

Close to Beach

Perfect little home to stay at, close to beaches which is where we spent most of our time. Not to far from SoFi stadium, All the kitchen utensils, pots, pans, dishes were available, had everything we needed! Definitely recommend!

Wonderful place

We loved this place and it was great for our events that were near by and it is really close to everything. Our host Nathan was great and close by if we needed anything. The beaches nearby are gorgeous and the neighborhood quiet and pristine. Thanks for hosting us. We were lucky to have found this gem!!!

Multi-Generational Vacation

The arrangement of the home allowed for our son, daughter-in-law, & grandsons to have one area of the home as theirs, which allowed our 3-year old grandsons the opportunity to go to sleep away from the living room. The location was fabulous & parking a welcomed benefit.

Perfect, clean, spacious home away from home

Nathan is a most efficient, easy to get a hold of, accommodating and welcoming host - thank you Nathan. The home is large, clean, well equipped, and perfectly met our needs. Great rental - Comfortable and Clean

My husband and I along with another couple rented this house. We attended a wedding in Manhattan Beach and the location was perfect. The house was very clean and functional. It was perfect for 2 couples with the master bedroom on one side of the house and the guest bedrooms and second bath on the other side of the house. The host was very responsive whenever we had questions or needed something. I would rent again. Thank you!
