Egg Rock est une maison contemporaine en bord de mer qui donne sur le magnifique "Egg Rock". À pied des restaurants et des magasins, de nombreuses activités de plein air, de la vie nocturne et des transports publics. Vous adorerez les vues magnifiques, la cuisine du chef, les hauts plafonds, les grandes terrasses et la proximité de Boston, Salem et des villes côtières. Egg Rock est parfait pour les couples voyageant ensemble, les aventuriers, les voyageurs d'affaires, les groupes et les familles avec enfants de plus de 12 ans. (de longs rideaux et des escaliers ouverts ne conviennent pas aux jeunes enfants.
Les habitants aiment sortir de la ville et séjourner ici au bord de l'océan.

Premier étage:
Cuisine du chef, salle à manger, salon en contrebas avec foyer au gaz, TV et salle d'eau. Grande terrasse et barbecue. Chambre au premier étage a une combinaison de baignoire douche privée lit queen et est sur le côté de la cuisine du chef.

Deuxième étage:
MASTER SUITE avec lit king size et grande salle de bain carrelée. Profitez de la vue sur la mer depuis le bain à remous! Profitez des levers de soleil depuis le lit. Pont privé.
CHAMBRE LINCOLN avec lit queen et salle de bain privée. Pics de l'océan.
CHAMBRE MILO avec lit queen et salle de bain privée.

Troisième étage:
Le 3ème étage est un Loft, une résidence séparée.  C'est aussi une location, voir l'annonce 995905, si vous êtes intéressé à louer la propriété entière.

Des petits groupes peuvent être réservés à des tarifs inférieurs hors saison, veuillez contacter Natasha.

La maison est contemporaine, conçue avec amour et pleine d'art local.

Il est situé dans une rue animée où les gens marchent le long de l'océan toute l'année. En été, vous entendrez de la musique le soir sur le pont avant. C'est un endroit qui se passe sur la Côte-Nord.

Another great stay

We have stayed at Egg Rock Inn several times and it has always been a terrific experience. It is especially nice because it is within easy walking distance of our grandchildren's home. It has a beautiful view and the host has thought of everything to make our stay a delight.

Vacation home in Boston

We had an excellent time staying at this house. It was beautiful and very spacious. All accommodations included. By far the best rental I have experienced to this day. Would recommend it to anyone. Very relaxing.

Wonderful seaside home

We were in town visiting family and celebrating our grandsons high school graduation. The home is beautifully well kept and clean. The open floor plan was accommodating and comfortable. The ocean views from the living room and master bedroom were amazing! The entire property greatly exceeded our expectations.

Oh we do like to be beside the seaside........

We arrived in a storm to a delightful home with an excellent view of the coastal storm! The house was well equipped and perfectly decorated - we enjoyed all of the facilities nearby and would recommend Lincoln's Landing to anyone wanting fantastic coffee, brunch or breakfast. The host was excellent and pro-active and we would recommend this property to anyone

Beautiful house in Swampscott!

We stayed in this house with three other couples for a weekend so we could hang out in Salem. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. It was a quick 15 minute ride to Salem but we enjoyed the mornings in swampscott. Natasha was fast to answer any questions we had and even left some goodies for us at the house! Would definitely stay here again if we’re ever in the area.

Friends group get away

4 couples, wanted to visit Salem in October, Boston and the surrounding area. The house is perfectly located for everything. House is great, perfect for 4 couples. Natasha was very helpful with places to eat and see. She was easy to get ahold of and very attentive. The house is like a 10 minute walk to the train station to Boston and Salem. We all had a great time.

This was the perfect place for us! Walking distance to several great restaurants, close to Salem and plenty of space! We had 8 adults and never felt crowded. Highly recommend!

Lovely Home, Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home right on the beach! We had live music each evening from a nearby restaurant while sitting on the front porch watching the waves and the people. An easy drive to the airport or to downtown Boston. The kitchen and outdoor grill had everything we needed. Our only surprise was that two of the bedrooms shown can be rented separately; they were setup with mini fridges / coffee makers and direct access from the back stairs.

Look No Further

Everything about this home was perfect. It’s beautifully decorated and exceedingly comfortable. This home has everything you need to have a relaxing time. The views are spectacular! The location was better than we expected. Great restaurants and shops were a short walk away. The host was outstanding, she was kind, helpful and let us know she was available if we needed anything. We highly recommend this home, and we are already planning on returning.

Description of property was misleading

The house is actually 4 apartments and unless you rent all 3 floors, you will be sharing the house with other guests. When we first made our reservation, Natasha told us that someone would be renting the 3rd floor at that time so we changed our travel plans to have the house to ourselves or so we were told. During the week we were there, 3 different parties occupied part of the house. It was disconcerting to have strangers just on the other side of the bedroom door from us. It was also unfortunate that one of the three parties was very loud—dropping things, hammering on the walls or floor, even their alarm clock woke us up every morning. I notified Natasha about the noise and she said she would ask them to be mindful if the noise continued. It never stopped. If you want the house to yourself, you will have to rent all three floors. I told Natasha that I would be making these comments in my review and she said that she has had similar misunderstandings with other guests and thinks that she needs to be clearer in the description of the house. She also asked what she could do to fix the problem and at that point, there wasn’t anything she could do. Had she given us a partial refund, I would have been reluctant to write this review, but I believe potential renters need to know the house sharing situation.

Dear Amy, the Modern Oceanfront Home property is not 4 apartments. What you got, and others will get, is 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, chefs kitchen, living room, and 2 private decks. You did not share your rooms with any other people. There is a 3rd floor separate apartment that uses a common back entry stairwell, but they do not share any living space with the main house. If a family or group wants the entire property they can rent the loft in addition to the house (based on availability). I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. A lady was baking a cake for a special occasion, using a hand beater to mix in a bowl at 6:30 pm that you thought was hammering. If there is ever any concern or question, if you need something - Just say the word! Call me right away (not email) and I will do everything to remedy the situation. I want your stay to be perfect! Thank you and your sisters for leaving such a wonderful note stating how much you all loved your trip in my beautiful home, that you made lots of memories, it was a perfect location, and you had a blast. To all future guests, my desire is for you to have the most amazing experience in a home that I love and care for. I want you to have a really memorable trip. Thank you, Natasha

Great place!

We rented this home for my daughter’s wedding in Nahant. It was clean, beautiful and the location was perfect. The owner, Natasha, was very helpful answering any questions, even where to get the best pizza!
