Cette magnifique unité de trois chambres est située à l'extrémité est du neuvième étage et est juste sur le golfe du Mexique! Un balcon enveloppant offre également une belle vue sur le détroit de Santa Rosa. L'unité est carrelée à travers le hall et le salon principal. La cuisine a des comptoirs coréens et est entièrement équipée pour votre commodité. La suite principale a un lit king size, salle de bain privée avec baignoire de jardin à jets. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen size et des lits jumeaux dans la troisième chambre. Le canapé du salon s'ouvre sur un lit queen-size. Tous les draps et serviettes de bain sont fournis pour vous.

Not the best.

This condo is adequate at best. It had a bad smell, crunchy carpets and terribly hard and uncomfortable beds. I would not stay here again. So glad we only stayed 4 nights. Also the entire property was under construction. That was so annoying and loud.

The unit has a great location, it was clean and comfortable. Here are a few things that were concerns of ours. The electrical outlet in the bathroom front left as you're walking in did not work. The automatic water dispenser in fridge did not work, It leaked. The kitchen had limited utensils, no spatula, no sponge for cleaning.

Beautiful!

First time in Navarre! Loved the location. Not too touristy and more adult atmosphere. Beach was beautiful but unfortunately the jellyfish got us. Condo was beautiful! We definitely return!

Great vacation

Our room was clean. The living area furniture could be more comfortable and the tv’s could be upgraded to enable streaming services, but those are just picky complaints as we spent most of our time on the beach and in the pool. I’d recommend this condo to others because the building is nice and the multiple pools and the boardwalk to the beach make taking young kids with lots of toys out to the water.

There were only two things I didn't like about the stay. There were 3 tvs un the condo and only one had a remote. I ended buying a universal remote for on of the tvs. The second issue I had was there is no way note areas of damage prior to taking over the place. Other than thise two issues the place was great.

Great vacation!

We were very happy with this condo! It was perfect for our family if 4 and another family of 4! We put the kids in the room with two beds and each couple had a bedroom! I loved that each room had a bathroom! The kitchen had all the essentials! It’s very close to the beach and pools! We took full advantage of both! We would highly recommend and will go back!

Not quite what we expected

Unfortunately we were there at a time of construction and did not find out this info until 1 day prior to our departure from home. Our condo was in need of some attention. The living room furniture was the most uncomfortable furniture I've ever sat in. When you sat on it you felt as if you were going to fall into the floor. Faucets on the bath in one of the rooms was falling off. Microwave handle was held up with duct tape. It was difficult getting to and from our unit through another building. Construction was everyday non stop mostly jack hammering the roof. Not very relaxing just to sit on the balcony. For the rental on this condo we expected much better quality. Probably will not rent again

Perfect family getaway!

The location is perfect, right on the beach and easy access to get to stores. The beach was beautiful and the condo was comfortable and clean. Navarre is great if you want a quieter vacation, without all the attractions and crowds. My kids wanted to move there forever! 😂

Easy rental but unit and building need cleaning and updating

The property manager was great. She was very responsive and the checkin and checkout process was seamless. The property, however, was very dated overall—both the condominium public spaces and pool and the unit itself. Very expensive for the condition of the property, which seemed a bit rundown.

We do not manage the condo complex and associated property, only certain units located there. The unit rented is just as pictured in advertising.

Good Tide'ings unit was very pretty and roomy.

The first night when I went to close the curtain the end cap must have been missing and the mechanism just came off- it was not forced and the end cap was already missing. Office sent someone to fix it- hung it back up but never was allowed to close it. The sliding doors were very hard to shut. The unit could use some placemats or table clothes for the table (all other units we have rented provided them) and a hairdryer (all other units provide). Enjoyed the library- donated James Patterson's newer ones. Would definitely consider returning. Thanks, Letos

Wonderful views! Well furnished condo.

The unit worked incredibly well for the group of us traveling to an event. The patio with views of both the gulf and bay was enjoyed by all...dolphin viewing was incredible! Each bedroom having it’s own bathroom was wonderful! The condo office was also very responsive to any concern we had.

Property had the potential for an outstanding review. Cleaning issues and appliance issues negated.

We actually "went big" on vacation this year. I'm the kind that rents the place across the street from the beach to save a thousand dollars on vacation for other fun things to do. My wife insisted that we stay directly on the beach in place with a pool this year. I have had medical issues this past year that have made me appreciate life more and went with the attitude of "what the heck", so we went big with this rental purchase. We picked Navarre Beach over all of the surrounding beaches because it looked more like the beaches I remember from when I was a kid. (I'm fifty this year) Both of my boys, ages 22 and 24 plus a future bride were going to be able to make this trip this year. Our vacation had the makings of gem. To begin, I discovered that there was a storm brewing out to sea the Thursday before our Saturday check in. Tropical Storm Alberto became a non issue other than shutting down the ocean swimming for forty eight hours of our visit. I am not basing my review on any of that worry as it had nothing to do with our rental. We moved into the condo on Saturday about 3:30pm and all looked well upon initial walk in. We moved in and started checking all of the beds (we do this EVERY PLACE that we stay for bedbugs or other problems) and found the master bedroom mattress cover had a large blood stain on it that still had a red color. That creeped us out pretty good. Upon placing our bathroom items we found the shower stall had few hairs in it from previous guests. My son found the mats on the table sticky from syrup and chocolate. Two remotes had the batteries removed and the one that had batteries had dead ones with no cover. There were two blood? droplets in one of the bathrooms for the another bedroom on the floor. The living room had a big dried red soup or sauce spot on the floor next to the couch. Finally during our stay, the dishwasher started leaking and dryer was clanking, even unloaded. We washed all of the dishes because some had food on them. We replaced the batteries and cleaned the table mats ourselves. Maintenance worked on the appliances but we still had to wipe up water from the dishwasher from Tuesday to Saturday. I told the lady at the rental agency about the problems and she offered to send batteries after they were purchased already. We had already cleaned up so no need in bringing a cleaning crew. I waited for a week to do a review in case there was a partial refund out of decency. None offered.

This reviewer actually spoke to our head of housekeeping when he called in the evening to report the dryer and dishwasher issues. She talked with him at length, and during that conversation he mentioned the batteries and that they had swept up a small amount of sand. She offered to send someone the next morning and he replied it was not necessary, they had taken care of it. At no time did he report any of the other comments contained in this review. On arrival, if he found this many cleaning issues, he should have notified our office immediately and housekeeping would have been sent to address them. Appliance repair did go the next day about the dryer and the dishwasher. A part had to be obtained for the dryer, which was repaired the very next day. They attempted to repair the dishwasher, but it was discovered it had to be replaced. It was unfortunate that we could not make that happen during this renters stay, but our local store did not have what was needed in stock. It is hard to offer compensation for something we are unaware of, and it is unfortunate that he felt the need to leave this review rather than contact us directly.
