At the heart of the home, the kitchen and dining space make every meal feel special. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, generous counter space, and all the cookware and utensils you will need, whether you are preparing a holiday feast or a simple breakfast before heading out to explore. A farmhouse-style dining table framed by tall windows sets the scene for memorable meals, while the breakfast bar makes it easy to connect over coffee or late-night snacks. We provide the cookware and kitchen essentials; please plan to bring or purchase your own cooking oil and spices.



When it is time for fun, the game loft is ready for hours of laughter and friendly competition. Challenge each other to pool, rediscover arcade favorites on the multicade, or gather around the large-screen TV for a game night. Just downstairs, the private golf simulator room offers a one-of-a-kind experience with hundreds of courses from around the world, perfect for practicing your swing or enjoying a round no matter the weather.



As the day winds down, the decks become your sanctuary. The upper deck feels like an outdoor living room, complete with a stone fireplace, TV, rocking chairs, and a dining table where you can share meals in the crisp mountain air. The lower deck invites you to soak in the bubbling hot tub, designed with a lounge seat and built-in ice bucket for ultimate relaxation. At night, retreat to one of three spacious king suites, each with its own fireplace, TV, and en-suite bathroom. Dollywood, The Island, and Pigeon Forge are only minutes away with rides, shops, and entertainment for all ages. Downtown Gatlinburg offers Anakeesta, Ripley’s Aquarium, and local dining, while the Great Smoky Mountains National Park invites you to hike, chase waterfalls, or simply enjoy a scenic drive. From ski slopes at Ober Mountain to wildlife at Cades Cove, every adventure is within easy reach before returning to the comfort of your cabin each evening.

Guest Access:

Check-in is fully self-service — a keypad code active for your whole stay, no key pickup required. Guests have full run of the cabin: every bedroom, both living areas, the kitchen, laundry, the game loft, both decks, the hot tub, and the golf simulator (a signed waiver is needed before first use). As a resort guest you also get the seasonal pool, playground, pavilion, trails, and fishing pond. Two owner closets and the mechanical room stay locked — everything else is yours.



The Neighborhood:

Cedar Falls Resort sits in the pocket between Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg.



- Dollywood — about 15 min. Coasters and live music at Dolly's own park.

- The Island in Pigeon Forge — about 12 min. The Great Smoky Mountain Wheel and fountain shows.

- Pigeon Forge Parkway — about 10 min. Go-karts, mini golf, and the Titanic Museum.

- Downtown Sevierville — about 10 min. Local diners and Tanger Outlets.

- Downtown Gatlinburg — about 20–25 min. Ripley's Aquarium, Anakeesta, and the aerial tramway.

- Ober Gatlinburg — about 25 min. Skiing and tubing in winter, an alpine slide in summer.

- Sugarlands Visitor Center / GSMNP — about 25–30 min. Free entry to trails, waterfalls, scenic drives.

- Cades Cove — roughly 60–75 min via Townsend. Worth it for wildlife and the loop at sunrise.



You're never more than a half hour from wherever the group wants to go.



Other Things to Note:

Free parking for up to three vehicles right on the property, so multi-car groups don't need to shuffle or park down the street. The driveway sits close to the front entrance, making it easy to unload coolers, golf bags, and suitcases on arrival day. No permits or passes required — just pull in. Bringing a boat, trailer, or a fourth vehicle? Message us ahead and we'll help figure out the best option.



Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is before 10:00 AM, giving our cleaning team time to reset the cabin. Quiet hours apply after 10:00 PM, especially on the decks and around the hot tub, since sound carries in the wooded setting. The golf simulator requires a signed waiver — we'll send it ahead. Starting November 1, confirmed guests submit a valid ID and sign a rental agreement through our secure software, used only to verify bookings. Please treat the cabin and the resort's shared amenities with the same care you'd want from the next guest — the HOA maintains those spaces, and closures for upkeep are outside our control. We're a message away for anything.



Interaction with Guests:

You'll have the entire cabin by yourselves! There will be no interaction with guests unless a request is made for additional services. But, we are always available via messages & phone.
