My sister's and I had our sister's getaway weekend here and absolutely loved this property! The house was just perfect with a room for each of us and the views from right on the water were stunning- beautiful sunsets! Great communication from Kenneth, the host as well! We are already talking about staying here again next year.

The house was so quiet and peaceful. It was a great spot to relax and spend time with our family. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were great. We enjoyed the dock, the hot tub, and grill. Highly recommend staying here.

The house was lovely. Very clean. Nice layout. Kitchen had just about everything we needed. We had beautiful sunsets! Caught crabs right off the dock. We definitely enjoyed our week here.

This little house was perfect for me and my friends to celebrate my 40th! There were six of us and we had more than enough room to accommodate all of us.

We had a spectacular visit at the Natchez ll house. Such a beautiful location. Can’t get any closer to the water than this home. The hosts provided such wonderful outdoor amenities. House super clean, everything was provided, with excellent comfortable rooms. This is absolutely a top notch place. I highly recommend this wonderful place

This was our first family vacation and it was absolutely amazing. House was perfect. Lived the view. And everything is as pictured. Host was super nice and easy to contact.

Beautiful views!! Beds were very comfy. The kitchen was well stocked. We very much enjoyed our time here. Especially on the back deck! We did not use the hot tub or fire pit due to our schedule, but those are definitely things we typically would have enjoyed!

Everything was clean! The host was easily reachable and very welcoming! Hot tub was a plus and I loved everything about the home. I loved that Virginia Beach was close by also! An amazing trip for my children and I! Thank you again!

Everything here was AWSOME!!! House was super clean ! Rooms were huge! Right on the water, Hot tub was great super relaxing. Just what the Dr. ordered.Can't wait to come back!!!

We were accused of leaving the house a wreck. Which is absolutely not true! We did everything by the books! We've rented many beach houses and have NEVER had any issues! The owner of this house was very rude and unprofessional!! Think twice before booking this house!

This was a fantastic property with very helpful hosts. The view was amazing. I was originally concerned about being right on the corner with water all around and having younger kids, 6 and 9, but the property has a fully enclosed fence with a wire mesh in-between the wood posts. It was solid. The kitchen was by far the best stocked my wife and I have ever had with spices, the typical pots and pans, and an individual Keurig and coffee pot. We needed for nothing to prepare family meals. There were also plenty of trash bags which I've found tend to be sparse with rentals like these. Overall it was a fantastic family vacation and we would absolutely stay here again.

This property was very clean and very well stocked. It was like coming home while being on vacation. It's very kind friendly with multiple activities like fishing or crabbing from the dock, kayaking in the sound, or lounging in the hot tub. The neighborhood was quiet and was a great place to relax. It's on the list to stay at again.

This was one of the best houses we have stayed in. It was well stocked with everything you would need. It has the best stocked kitchen appliances and utensils. The house was very clean. The host communicated very and left a direct call back number if needed. I would highly recommend this property. I would defiantly rent it again!!!

Fantastic experience, first time staying there. The temperature in the living room was 77 and setting was at 72. Very hot outside but with ceiling fan going wasn’t to bad. Communication with host was great. All the accommodations were in place. Highly recommend!!!

Super clean, great host. Lots of activities to do on the property. My family had a blast. The only suggestion would be to add some mirrors so other people can get ready while bathrooms are occupied. Full size mirror would be nice. Other than that I will be returning.

Found this beautiful home on the water. Great size for 5 people, all the amenities you need and the host was very communicative & accommodating. Extremely clean upon arrival and instructions/rules for the stay were concise. It was a peaceful spot with comfortable beds and amazing scenery. No disappointments.
