We are Chris and David, a couple full of enthusiasm for hosting and entrepreneurship. We have two wonderful children, Japhet and Chris, and a sweet Shih Tzu named Thiago—our “third child,” who we love as part of the family.

As owners of a professional cleaning company, we take great pride in keeping our properties extra clean, something our guests often highlight in their reviews. Cleanliness and comfort are at the heart of what we offer, because we want every guest to feel completely at home.

We also love meeting people from different states and countries, learning about their cultures, and sharing the beauty of Puerto Rico with them. Traveling and discovering new places inspires us, and hosting allows us to connect with wonderful people from around the world.

We chose this neighborhood because it captures the true essence of Puerto Rico. Luquillo offers the best of both worlds: the peaceful beauty of Playa Azul, where you can relax by the ocean, and the vibrant local culture just minutes away.

What we enjoy most is the incredible variety of things to do—walking along the golden sandy beach, tasting authentic Puerto Rican food at the famous Luquillo Kiosks, and exploring the nearby El Yunque Rainforest. The area is safe, welcoming, and filled with the warm hospitality of the locals. It’s the perfect spot to experience both relaxation and adventure.
