Beau studio en bord de mer récemment rénové à Luquillo avec WIFI

Studio récemment rénové à deux pas de la plage! L'appartement est entièrement meublé avec un lit queen size et un canapé-lit pleine grandeur.
Chambre spacieuse avec a / c, ventilateur, télévision à écran plat, accès wifi, cuisine complète (micro-ondes, cuisinière et réfrigérateur de taille moyenne).
Au premier étage du bâtiment apt se trouve le restaurant / bar Brass Cactus, extrêmement pratique avec une excellente nourriture et des boissons. Essayez le Buskwacker ou J. Cocktails Alexander (nos préférés!).
Apt est en face de la route principale d'un supermarché, des fast-foods et des restaurants.
À quelques minutes de la plage de surf Playa La Pared. À 10 minutes de la forêt tropicale d'El Yunque et de Fajardo.

We enjoyed our stay! Beach was a short walk from the apartment, very secure building, easy check in and beautifully decorated unit. Great communication with host, we had to extend our stay and she facilitated that with ease. Will stay again.

Pros: the space was private, clean, and comfortable.Cons: TV wasnt working (remote out of batteries?), the shower curtain rod was falling down and when I alerted the host, I never heard back. Overall I am glad I stayed there but host communication and details could be improved.

The apartment building was so nice and very easy to locate. They were great to work with in regards to a key snafu, but they helped us out quickly. A very quick walk to the beach and conveniently located to the kioskos a little further down the road

It was a great place in a great location. Only thing I would say is I had to reach out to the property owner to find out which lock box was mine because it did not say it on the page. Also gate remote stopped working and tv remote wasn’t working right.

I thought it was a beach front apartment. Was very unhappy when room faced another apartment bldg.Never told us about that parking space was our room number too or how to use elevator either. We never stayed in something like this apartment before. New to us. A woman that was staying in bldg told us how it everything worked with elevator. Tried calling numbers we had for help no answer and couldn't leave a message. No happy with stay.

Cozy clean place steps from beach

We had a wonderful time here! It’s less than a five minute walk to the beach. Our host was very responsive and helpful, providing local recommendations and answering our questions. The bed was comfortable and balcony was a lovely bonus. Highly recommend!

Just a great location to see stuff on this side of the island. Walking distance to the beach. Short car ride to El Yunque (Rainforest and National Park). Check in/out and all was easy and clear directions. Comfortable cozy space.

Clean small studio close to beach. A bit disappointed that the restaurant advertised on site is closed and apparently has been for months. Great bakery right down the street though

Great location but missed the mark

Place was clean and had a great location. I messaged the owner right away that we needed bedding for the pullout couch and didn’t receive a timely response back. My son slept with no sheets or two nights. Beach chairs provided were busted as well. I’d say it’s a great stay for a couple.

Our host gave us great directions for self check in, though we had no idea had to call the elevator. But once other guests showed up to tell us how the elevator worked, everything else about the stay was great. We could walk to the beach, had easy access to the amazing Panderri bakery and restaurant, and easy access to the food kiosks. The sheets could use upgrading, but the bed and shower were great, and the refrigerator and microwave were welcome.

Very affordable!

Did not receive check in instructions in time. Once received, it was fine. Private parking, door remote needed. Keys for every door including the elevator. Very secure.

Checking in is super hard, make sure to call the property ahead of time and make sure you know what building it is and where the lock box is located because the address given don’t match the hotel property.

Great location and fair price

The location was central to everything within walking distance and short drive. The unit itself was clean and served its purpose. Only issues I had was the amount of times keys were needed from opening the front door, to elevator use, to unit was a bit of a nuisance. Also, there are two sleeping arrangements; one bed and one pullout which did not specify sleeping arrangements must be disclosed prior to booking. Otherwise, it is assumed you and your guest will be sharing a bed. Thankfully, my “guest” was my son. Had it been a friend I don’t think this would be appropriate.
