• Cleaning + Sanitization: All of our homes are thoroughly vacuumed, mopped, and cleaned after each stay, and we don’t skimp on the details. Our team sanitizes every nook and cranny, right down to the light switches and TV remotes.

• Accidental Damage Waiver: We understand that accidents happen. To help account for this, a small fee will be included in all reservations to cover potential spills, cracks, and other small accidents.

• No Smoking Inside: Any evidence of smoking or vaping will result in additional charges for odor removal or furniture cleaning.

• No Parties or Events: We ask that you treat our home with the same care as you would your own. Please do not invite unauthorized guests or host large parties or events during your stay.
