Provides perfect housing for traveling nurses, a professional in the midst of relocation, or visiting family. Close to I-35 Fwy, easy access to 121 Hwy, Family Restaurants, Shopping malls with live music events like Grandscape, Hospitals, 15-20 minutes distance to DFW airport and Down Town Dallas.
Your privacy is our priority. This Cozy Studio Apt. is an independent unit with a private entrance/exit door. Also self-check-in is available with a smart lock, offers free parking front of property, bedroom area offers a comfortable queen size bed, also a queen size futon/sofa for seating or as extra bed (extra bedding set provided), modern bathroom with walking shower, toiletries and courtesy towels. Wooden dinning table & 4 chair set.
Modern and well equipped small kitchen, good size refrigerator, electric 2 burner stove, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and more.
Easy access to our free community laundry room. This is a shared area, W&D are free to be use by our guests only.
