This floorplan provides more beachfront windows than any other condo plan in Pointe West! The primary bedroom has a queen size bed, beach view, blackout shades, and access to the balcony. The guest bedroom is designed to meet the needs of all guests. The room is perfect for a couple with a queen size bed with built-in reading lights. If you're bringing kids, they will love the bunk beds including a pull-out trundle. The guest room also has blackout shades. The living room is furnished with plenty of seating to accommodate all guests, a large flat screen TV, and WiFi throughout. The kitchen is well equipped with a drip coffee maker and plastic and stoneware dishes, utensils, glasses / mugs, and a slow cooker and pots and pans for cooking. Covered garage parking is included for one vehicle in space #8 directly below the condos. There is ample uncovered parking for other vehicles.

New elevator installed in early 2025. This unit is on the third floor which provides for the best views available, but please ensure all guests are comfortable walking up the stairs in case the elevator is down.

In order to access all amenities (pools, fitness center or game room) guests will need to purchase a Beach Club band for their visit which costs $25 per guest over three years old.
