This is such a beautiful home! Minutes away from Glenwood Springs and very close to so many activities that we had planned to do. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Check in and check out were very smooth. We cant wait for our next trip back to this amazing location!

Lovely property close enough to town for all the fun stuff in Glenwood Springs, and far enough away to feel like you’ve really gotten away from it all! We even had a bear visitor come to the creek early one morning. Fortunately we were inside and got a great view of it from the bay window. Communication was great and we had a wonderful experience!

This home is nestled in the most enchanting, picturesque setting that is just minutes from town. The home was well stocked and warmly inviting with several opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. We will definitely be back!

With the slopes snowless (more or less) this property was close to other amenities like the hot springs and caves without having to be in too close. Fantastic spot, will look to stay again when in the area.

We had mixed feelings about our stay. The house was quirky but thoughtfully put together, the patios were fun, and we liked having the creek running in front of the property even at the end of September. The location was also convenient, about 10 minutes from downtown Glenwood Springs.Unfortunately, the biggest issue was finding mouse droppings in the kitchen drawers and even on one of the bedspreads. The host was very responsive and quickly arranged for someone to come clean, which we appreciated, but it was frustrating to spend part of our only full day in Glenwood messaging back and forth and having someone come into the house to address it. We then found more mouse droppings the next day, which made it clear that there were active mice in the house. We asked for a partial refund but did not receive one.The house was also much closer to the road than we expected, and the road was busier than we thought, so it did not feel as secluded as we had hoped. There was also a fire ban, so we could not use the fire pit.We definitely did not feel the stay was worth what we paid, especially given the mouse issue.

We sincerely apologize for the experience you had with the field mice. Being situated right along the creek in a mountain setting, late September's dropping temperatures can unfortunately prompt outdoor wildlife to seek shelter. While our team responded immediately to clean and sanitize the space, we completely understand how frustrating it was to lose vacation time during a short stay. Following your departure, our licensed pest control service conducted a comprehensive inspection, treated the property, and sealed potential exterior entry points to ensure this remains an isolated issue. For future guests, we also want to note that fire bans are county-mandated safety measures during dry seasons that we must strictly abide by to protect our community and surrounding forest. We take our guests' comfort very seriously and appreciate your feedback, which allowed us to take swift, permanent preventative action.

Perfect, tranquil oasis just a few minutes from downtown Glenwood. Honestly, staying here was a no-brainer. It was so nice to retreat from the crowds to this beautiful home. As our daughter said, it’s like it’s right out of the pages of a fairy tale. Seriously, a stream running through the front of the property and surrounded by mature trees. Updated and peaceful with large rooms and everything you might think of needing. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

The host was amazing, Kenny was very prompt with any questions or any of my concerns. I plan next year to come back up to Colorado and stay in one of Kenny’s properties.
