We had a pleasant stay at this home. It was clean, and the bedding was freshly washed. We appreciated the outdoor amenities. I cooked frequently for the family and particularly loved the stove. My only concern was the water pressure in the kitchen faucet, but overall, we had a wonderful experience. I would definitely book with them again.

Perfect choice for a small group from a theater company performing a couple nights in Solano Beach. The house is so clean, well appointed and spacious. Don was a fantastic host, checked in often and was very quick to respond and resolve even late in the evening when we were unable to access WIFI. Loved the generous seating in the living room, dining room, and backyard. Very comfortable beds, AC did it's job. Other pluses; big fridge with water and ice dispenser and a Keurig coffee maker complete with some coffee pods. A couple of very minor issues: Weak water pressure in kitchen sink. Master bedside electric outlet didn't work, so no bedside lamp or ability to keep my phone on charger at bedside.

Overall for the price it was nice. Beautiful back yard. Kitchen and living room were nice. It definitely needs some fresh paint inside and some repairs. Closet doors squeaked loudly when sliding open and closed. Enough that everyone in the house could hear it. Don’t open or close it in the middle of the night it will wake everyone up. And there was second one that was just flat out broken and the mirror cracked. There is no parking available on the street. It’s an Overly crowed neighborhood for parking. Getting in was a challenge in the dark, there were 3 different front door key codes sent to us and finally one worked after looking through all the text and emails.

Great Stay in a Prime Location

The stay was very nice overall. The only recommendations I would make are to clear the spiderwebs from the backyard so guests can fully enjoy the outdoor space—especially with the beautiful San Diego weather—and to ensure the outdoor furniture is clean. The location is excellent, just 20–25 minutes from all major attractions and beaches, with plenty of restaurants nearby.

The house was a perfect for our family vacation. The outdoor area was nice to sit around the fire pit and it accommodated the whole family. The putting green and fooseball table provided entertainment for the kids. The owner communicated very well from arrival to departure. Highly recommend for other families to stay if looking for a great location to all the entertainment San Diego has to offer.

We had a great stay in San Diego, and this house was perfectly located for everything we wanted to do. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the backyard was absolutely amazing. We spent several evenings outside, enjoying the cool San Diego nights by the fire pit in a peaceful, quiet setting. The host was very responsive and provided clear, detailed instructions for everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable home

We needed a place for Mom’s funeral reception and this house was perfect for entertaining. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Outdoor space is fantastic.

Exactly what we needed!

This house is so clean and well kept. We felt so comfortable here and thankful that we picked this place over others. We were traveling for work but this made it much more comfortable. The host were great and easy to communicate with. I appreciate their help through out the whole trip. Would book here again!

Great place for larger groups

The interior of the house is beautiful. We found everything we needed to cook meals together in the kitchen including a lot of commonly used spices. We enjoyed eating breakfast in the lovely backyard. The younger adults in our group loved the putting green. We will definitely stay here again if we travel with a large group.

This was perfect! Lovely home with a very inviting backyard. The fresh flowers and welcome basket made it feel so special! Also loved the detached 5th room, felt like a personal granny flat. Will definitely consider coming back again!!!

House Has Everything You Need

The house was perfect for our group. We were there for a golf weekend and the location was convenient to all the course we played - including Torrey Pines. Plenty of room and all the comforts you can want while away from home. The location is tucked back in a neighborhood with a bunch of speed bumps so patience is required when leaving and coming back by car.

Very happy with the house. Don does a great job communicating. The house was very clean and all appliances worked great. There's a Starbucks nearby along with grocery store and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable and surroundings are quiet. Would definitely stay here again.Thank you, Don.

Perfect Holiday Stay!

A beautiful home! We loved the open floor plan and huge kitchen. And loved how organized the kitchen was. The space housed our very large family VERY comfortably. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything. Don was an amazing host. He checked in to ensure we settled in nicely. And was extremely kind and accommodating! I highly recommend this gorgeous house!

The location was great. Close enough to all the things we wanted to do in the area. Check in was easy and the communication with the property owner was very good. We were three generations staying and the kids loved the backyard. The adults loved the fire pit. The house was well equipped and we were able to cook and eat dinner there nightly.
