Venez nous rejoindre au "Gran-chalet" de Holiday Valley. Cette belle maison de ville est située sur le flanc de la montagne avec un pont panoramique enveloppant le pont, le rebord idéal pour toute occasion. c'est une promenade très courte au mariage / événements de Yodeler Lodge et à pied au club de Tamerack. Les sports de lac de montagne et le vélo sont à une courte distance de marche. Venez profiter des festivités et des concerts de l’automne hors saison dans ce lieu confortable niché au cœur de l’action. Cet endroit étonnant est niché, mais se trouve également à seulement 1,13 km des restaurants locaux, des épiceries et de la vie nocturne.

L'espace

Venez nous rejoindre au "Gran-chalet" de Holiday Valley. L'origine du nom "Gran" est un nom de famille et "chalet" est ce que nous appelons cette charmante maison de ville depuis plus de 30 ans. Cette belle maison de ville est située à Valley Village, au cœur de la vallée, à quelques mètres du télésiège de la Chute, juste à côté de votre pont arrière.
Ce petit coin de maison confortable est plein de caractère et si vous ne faites pas attention, la lueur de la cheminée et la sensation rustique vont vous capturer et vous empêcher de partir!
. Cette maison toute l'année a des tonnes à offrir au skieur, golfeur, shopper, randonneur et foule de mariage. Il s'agit d'un spacieux 3 chambres avec mezzanine, 2. 5 salles de bain avec espace de vie ouvert au deuxième étage avec de grandes fenêtres ouvertes donnant sur les montagnes.
À quelques minutes de la pittoresque petite ville historique d’Ellicottville, profitez d’une journée de magasinage ou choisissez votre restaurant préféré pour dîner. Cet endroit a tellement à offrir et nous avons hâte de partager notre endroit préféré dans le monde avec vous, notre "Grand chalet".

Location is perfect for ski in and ski out. The condo is comfortable and cozy but the mattresses and pillows are in poor condition and need replaced. We all slept on the couch at some point to try and get some sleep. Outside of that we really enjoyed staying here.

Eric I am glad you enjoyed the coziness and location of our ski in ski out home. It is unfortunate you did not find the beds comfortable as we have never had this brought to our attention in the several years renting. All of the mattresses are less than 2 years old and pillows re replaced on a regular basis. With that said, I realize that everyone’s idea of a comfortable bed is different and I sincerely apologize that your expectation was met in this area during your stay.

What a fantastic space! Love all the windows and the wrap around deck in this end unit. We will be back in the summer to enjoy it! The kitchen is outfitted with everything you’d need and the bedroom configurations are great for a group getaway with Queen or king beds in 3 of the 4 sleeping spaces. Lisa is a great host! Friendly, informative, and quick to respond. We all can’t wait to go back again!

Spoke with Lisa, very accommodating Low on paper products which she delivered On arrival house was 51 and took til next morning to heat, heat register on first floor entrance never heated and poor heating in rear bedroom-floor register did not heat room. Great ski condo

Check was outstanding and communication with the owner was prompt. The location truly is a ski in/out, 50 yards from the chute chair. The place was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked.

Beautiful property in a cozy ski village

The townhouse was beautifully appointed and well-maintained and backed up directly to the slopes. We weren't visiting during ski season, but rather to observe the 2024 total eclipse, and the back deck was a perfect venue to do so. The nearby town of Ellicottville is so quaint with a variety of unique shops and nice mid-range dining options. I would definitely recommend it as a quiet refuge to relax and recoup.

Great Ski In and Out

We had an amazing stay at this ski condo! The location is unbeatable—step right off the deck and you’re on the slope, with easy access to the Chutes Quad Lift. After a full day on the mountain, we loved coming back to the condo where there was plenty of space to hang all our gear—helmets, coats, and pants are all conveniently stored right by the door, making it so easy to gear up or settle in after a day of skiing.Inside, the condo is spacious and beautifully designed. The large dining table was perfect for our group to gather and enjoy meals together, and the living room, with its oversized couch, was the perfect spot to relax after a long day. The condo is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We truly felt at home!If you’re looking for a ski-in/ski-out spot with tons of space and convenient amenities, this condo is the perfect choice. Highly recommend!

Perfect Ski Weekend

The house was perfect! Clean and very convenient for skiing. Owner was very helpful and responded to messages quickly. It was the perfect place to stay with our family (siblings/cousins) for a weekend getaway. Can’t wait to come back and bring our kids.

Family Holiday Valley Valentine’s Day Ski

We were so lucky to find this great ski-in/out condo on short notice. Location is unbeatable with direct access to Chute chair from Firecracker. Cozy and perfect for a family getaway! Would recommend and hope to be back again soon.

A great getaway from the pandemic

Great Area/little town and resort

The property had a very strange set up. The master bedroom was upstairs in a loft (so not enclosed) the other rooms all of the way in the basement, strange for a family with small children. The main bathroom shower did not work. The twin beds were on upside down plastic risers that fell off, just little things. The downstairs bedrooms were all very damp feeling. The place was cute, but just some things that may make the stay not so nice. The kitchen was stocked with spices and the basics which is really nice to not have to purchase every little thing you need to cook. Toilet paper was stocked, the laundry had detergent, garabage bags etc... Great plus! Amazing location literally walked to Holiday Valley resort to swim.

Thera, Thank you for your feedback. All of the townhomes in valley village are laid out with the same floor plan with a loft on main floor and all other bedrooms on first floor which is not considered a basement. I wish you would have let me know the shower did not work Properly and I would have sent someone to fix it immediately as it worked fine for the renter before you arrived. This is a mountain home therefore with a lot of rain any home can experience some dampness...however I have never had a complaint about a damp feel in my townhome since we have rented it out 3 years ago. I must say this is the is first review had from a guest that was not anything but pleased with their stay. I sincerely apologize that you did not have the same experience. I certainly take your thoughts seriously and will address the little issues you have mentioned immediately. Thank you again for your insight. It is welcomed and appreciated. Best, Lisa

July 4th weekend

We enjoyed this space for our getaway- being summer- there were very few neighbors- so we enjoyed quiet nights on the back deck. The only draw back was that it was a brutally hot weekend and there is no AC- but with all the windows open, air circulated nicely. Space was ample, kitchen was well equipped and beds were comfortable. Would love to return in fall or winter!
