Nouvelle piscine et restaurant ouverts 1/2016 !!! LE CALENDRIER EST À JOUR. 3 chambres avec lit king size, lit king size et lits jumeaux. 3. 5 bains. Bonne nouvelle!! Air Canada offre un vol direct de Toronto Ă  Georgetown. Delta vole directement depuis ATL. Code d'aĂ©roport GGT. Notre villa permettra Ă  3 couples d'avoir un hĂ©bergement sĂ©parĂ© et privĂ© pour dormir / se baigner. Au premier Ă©tage se trouve un espace salon et salle Ă  manger. Un placard buanderie abrite la laveuse et la sĂ©cheuse. Si vous aimez cuisiner, la cuisine gastronomique dispose de tous les outils nĂ©cessaires pour prĂ©parer un dĂ©licieux festin, dont une cave Ă  vin! La salle Ă  manger formelle peut accueillir huit personnes avec plus de disponibilitĂ© sur le pont. Les planchers sont en travertin / bois franc et le mobilier design a une touche d'Ăźle. Au deuxiĂšme niveau, il y a deux chambres avec salle de bain privĂ©e complĂšte. Chacun a des portes françaises qui s'ouvrent sur une terrasse couverte. La suite principale est situĂ©e dans le loft. La location de bateaux de Minn est Ă  proximitĂ© pour votre commoditĂ©. FĂ©vrier Point est une communautĂ© fermĂ©e avec plages privĂ©es et piscine communautaire. Venez passer les vacances de votre vie!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this villa. It was centrally located and just as advertised. It had everything we needed to cook meals, including a grill on the property. The host was easy to communicate, and quick to respond. There are turtles in the marina right off the dock - that was quite special! The villa is centrally located and makes it easy and quick to get downtown. There are actually two pools - with one being a little more private and still on the beach. It was nice to have a restaurant (Rusty Anchor) on site. It is a very nice property and we feel lucky to have been able to stay at it.

Exactly as described! February Point is awesome and having your own dock is key! Kitchen is very very well stocked! AC works great and the water cooler is nice! Grill was very nice ! Only thing I’d say is it needs new linens, pillows and towels, they are getting worn. Upstairs twin bedroom shower head isn’t working. We would definitely stay here again , it was a great week !

Great location

We enjoyed staying at Nicevilla within February Point. Plenty of space for our family of 5 and the house had everything we needed. Convenient location to access everything on the island. Loved being able to have a boat overnight at the dock. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful location, able to jump in ocean for morning swims. Grill was pretty dirty but everything else was nice, loved homey feel with family pictures.

Beautiful Home

It doesnt get any better than February Point, and this beautiful property hosted my family over Thanksgiving. Very clean and conveniently located. Perfect for older kids and easy dock access if you have a boat rental.

Lovely stay with beautiful views

Overall- a very good experience at the Nice Villa. Beautiful view, amazing access to February Point amenities and close to Georgetown for dining and food shopping. But things that weren’t mentioned in other reviews was that the furniture in the living area is a bit tired and the home is clean butdusty- needs a good deep cleaning. Property manager was not as responsive as we would have liked but everything went smoothly at check in- just felt like an inconvenience with any small questions and requests we did have.

Turtles!

We loved our stay at NiceVilla. The house is beautiful and the furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed and more.The best parts for us were the 3 different balconies, marina and the sea turtles that came by every day when we returned on our rented boat.I would definitely recommend staying here and I can't wait to come back.

Best Location on island

This is our second stay at this property and we just love the location which is close to town and Stocking Island. The house is right on the water with a dock and has beautiful views of the surrounding water.

Perfect location

We loved the close proximity to town and being able to explore the island but also have a great pool and beach for the days we needed to rest from a more active day. Very responsive owner and house manager and the kitchen was well stocked unexpected extras as well as all we needed to cook meals. Would definitely stay there again.

We have been coming to Exuma since 2005. It is the most beautiful place we have been. We always come back relaxed and refreshed. The people on this Island are wonderful, it is not over crowded (except Regatta week in April). Go ahead and book so you can experience it for your self. We will provide you all of our knowledge once you book.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

It has views you will not want to miss. Dock to load and unload for the day or keep overnight if the rental company allows that (check with Jim on size allowed). Centrally located in Elizabeth Harbor so if it is windy you can still get out on the water. Close to Georgetown for groceries, liquor stores and restaurants.

Having a dock for overnight boat rental is HUGE! The views at the house are amazing...out on the water can not be described or understood from pictures! Perfect for 3 couples or family vacay!

No hustle or bustle... very nice people all around.
