The house was a great location, right across from the beach and easy walking/biking to restaurants and the state beach for birding and swimming. Loved all the outdoor spaces and the privacy of all the bedrooms. We rented this for a work group and there was a generous space for us all to hang out when we wanted but nice and comfortable private spaces for us all to retreat to when anyone wanted ‘me time’.Definitely would recommend and stay again!Thanks George for being a great host.

We had a wonderful spring break stay with our kiddos. Great location…easy to get to beach and town! House is as described. One thing to note if traveling with kiddos is two of the rooms are upstairs accessible up a staircase with door to outside deck. Not a big deal at all for kids out age but if your traveling with little ones. Would definitely return!

Lovely property and location

The house had a very comfortable room layout that worked well for our family. Kitchen, grill, outdoor firepit and pool were all terrific! The host was an excellent communicator and very responsive. We enjoyed our stay!

The house was amazing. It was well equipped, the pool was heated, the location can’t be beat. We had a couple of maintenance issues but George responded to them promptly and professionally. His communication was top notch. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again

Great location and stay

The house was beautiful and such a pleasure to stay at. The location makes it easy to get to the beach and downtown, and the golf cart makes it even easier to get around. The rooms are spacious and the pool area is awesome. The host is easy to communicate with and wants to make sure your stay is great. I would recommend this hosue to anyone looking to stay in Boca Grande.

A perfect place to relax and enjoy Boca Grande

This is a truly lovely and comfortable accommodation. The pool was amazing - the kids loved it! The layout of the house with its multiple bedroom areas worked really well for our family. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.

This modern beach house had every possible amenity, was beautifully decorated & perfect for our group. The raised pool & deck area is exceptional, our own private mini resort. Gasparilla Island is a hidden gem.

This was arguably our best family vacation ever, and it was due in large part to how wonderful this house is. It was perfect for our needs. I cannot think of a single thing that went wrong, was incorrect, or even the slightest bit inconvenient for our family. The host was amazing and friendly and had some great tips for us.
