We went to the VFW and had steak dinner. We went to Biloxi and had some fun. We went to the airshow in Pensacola to see the blue angels we went golfing we went swimming and we had beach time. Couldn’t be a better vacation.

The property was exactly as described. Everything was clean and very nice! I especially enjoyed the big garden tub in the master bathroom.

Perfect Place

We loved our time in 312! The condo had everything we needed plus the facilities were fantastic. Quiet location so we could just enjoy the beach and pool without a ton of screaming and loud music. We were pulling out of the parking lot when our kids asked when we would be back!

We loved everything. Condo was great and view was wonderful. We had everything we needed. It was very clean and very spacious. If we decide to go back to Dauphin Island we would definitely want to stay in this same condo.

We wanted something reasonably priced since we didn’t have the budget for a full vacation. We figured the unit would not be as nice as house rentals or units at Holiday Isle because it cost so much less but we were very pleasantly surprised. The unit was spacious and clean with beautiful views. The pool areas were clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful and the condo was breathtaking. The accommodations, bedding, cleanliness, and view were superb. This indeed was an exceptional stay. It was obvious the care and attention the owner displayed in providing the best furnishings for a comfortable visit. Completely awesome and fabulous. This condo will certainly be my new place to go. It would be helpful if the sand wash off station had a hose attached to the bottom spigot. The hose could be cut off to be short , but would still allow for easier washing of legs, beach toys, etc. Overall we loved our time here!

Our first trip here

This was our first trip to the island, the condo was perfect for what our family needed. Very quiet area, this stay was one of our best yet! Only complaint we would have is the dryer took a while to dry clothes however wasn’t an issue for what we needed! Definitely recommend!
