The condo was clean, kitchen had a lot of pots/pans and utensils. Parking was easy. Walking distance to a couple restaurants. Beach access was very nice. There are carts in the lobby area to use for carrying all your stuff to and from your condo and there are elevators in there as well. Things to bring with you: toilet paper, dish soap and a rag if you think you'll be washing some things by hand, laundry detergent if you think you will do several loads of laundry...there is some provided but not much, beach towels. The only negative thing we experienced is the mattress in the main bedroom is very worn, it has quite a valley in the center. But everything else was great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room is perfect. The view is beautiful. Everything in the complex is so nice and they’re so accommodating. We went to the VFW and had steak dinner. We went to Biloxi and had some fun. We went to the airshow in Pensacola to see the blue angels we went golfing we went swimming and we had beach time. Couldn’t be a better vacation.

Excellent Weekend Stay

The property was exactly as described. Everything was clean and very nice! I especially enjoyed the big garden tub in the master bathroom.

Perfect Place

We loved our time in 312! The condo had everything we needed plus the facilities were fantastic. Quiet location so we could just enjoy the beach and pool without a ton of screaming and loud music. We were pulling out of the parking lot when our kids asked when we would be back!

We loved everything. Condo was great and view was wonderful. We had everything we needed. It was very clean and very spacious. If we decide to go back to Dauphin Island we would definitely want to stay in this same condo.

Our first trip here

This was our first trip to the island, the condo was perfect for what our family needed. Very quiet area, this stay was one of our best yet! Only complaint we would have is the dryer took a while to dry clothes however wasn’t an issue for what we needed! Definitely recommend!

Access to the beach is easy,but best of all it is not a crowded beach with so many people that you can enjoy it so we make a point of going here several times a year. It’s just the best thank you so much.
