* Like most homes in our beautiful mountain town, this home does not have central air conditioning. Instead, enjoy the refreshing mountain breezes by opening the windows, and take advantage of the provided floor fans to keep the home comfortable throughout your stay.

* This property has a single camera that scans the driveway entry staircase and backyard for added property/guest security.

* Winter Months Note: Please be aware that during the winter months, weather is extremely unpredictable in Estes Park. We strongly advise that guests use a 4WD or AWD vehicle to reach this property and safely navigate Estes Park.
