salut! Bienvenue dans notre belle maison de Southampton.

Avec 2800 pieds carrés d'espace de vie de luxe, notre maison est la taille idéale pour accueillir de plus grands groupes ou plusieurs familles voyageant ensemble. La maison a récemment fait l'objet d'une rénovation complète. L'esthétique de plage lumineuse, blanche et moderne est évidente. Le plan d'étage est un concept à aire ouverte, ce qui en fait un endroit fantastique pour passer du temps avec ses proches et ses amis. Pour les familles, les chambres sont réparties sur deux niveaux. Le maître à l'étage se connecte à une chambre d'enfants (2 lits jumeaux et 2 lits gigognes) via une salle de bains à la fois. En bas se trouve une autre chambre principale et deux autres chambres.

La cuisine est neuve et entièrement équipée avec des ustensiles de cuisine et des appareils modernes et un barbecue Weber sur le pont extérieur. Pour les enfants, nous avons un nouveau sous-sol fini avec un canapé confortable, une télévision intelligente, une table d'art et de nombreux jeux.

Notre piscine est juste à côté des zones de salle à manger / salon, offrant une vie continue intérieure / extérieure - de sorte que vous ne serez jamais loin de vos compagnons! Notre maison est à égale distance de la charmante ville de Sag Harbor et du grand village commerçant de Southampton, à environ 10 minutes de chacune. Nous sommes à une courte distance en voiture de la magnifique Flying Point et de la plage de Cooper. En plus de tous les divertissements offerts par notre maison à la piscine et à la plage, il existe d'autres activités locales comme le kayak, la cueillette de fraises, le musée pour enfants, le bowling et bien plus encore.

This house is spectacular! Immaculately kept, beautiful private yard and pool. Perfect set-up for our adult kids and grandchildren. We had a wonderful week in Southampton! The farm stand 4 minutes from the house had the sweetest corn and beautiful vegetables. 3 minutes from the house is a great Italian restaurant, Pelligrono’s. During the summer season be sure to call ahead for a reservation. We went to Cooper’s Beach which has bathrooms, food, lifeguards, etc. The house is super well equipped with everything you need down to the coffee! Thank you David!!!

Beautiful home!

Fantastic home in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving with family; kitchen is completely stocked with everything a cook would need! Missing the cozy evenings spent sitting by the fire and playing games. Will definitely be back! Thank you to David for being so accessible and helpful before and during our stay.

Very Comfortable

David is great host who was very responsive whenever we had a question and provided a beautiful house for our family vacation. The pool was perfect for lounging and we were able to have a wonderful Summer barbecue on the grill. The house has lovely furnishings and provided plenty of space for our youngest to play and for the whole family to relax comfortably in the living room.

Immaculate Property

I highly recommend this property. It is bright, airy, clean (immaculate), and comfortable. The decor is beautiful and there is always plenty of natural light streaming in. The owners have provided all the creature comforts you could possibly need. The heated pool provided hours of entertainment for the kids and adults alike. I also really loved the neighborhood-- quiet and peaceful and central to everything. Finally, David was super responsive and very attuned to our needs. It's truly a gem!

We had the most wonderful stay at David’s home. The house is immaculate and well stocked with everything you might need from kitchen items to towels to paper goods and cleaning supplies. They even provided laundry detergent. The pool is so nice, even better than the picture. The layout of the house is perfect for families. The very nice finished basement was a big hit for the children. David is always available and very responsive which we appreciated although everything at the house ran very smoothly. I would say this is not like your typical rental home in that it seems brand new with high-end furniture and finishes that have been well taken care of. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Also, I’d like to mention that the house is close to everything… Typically a 15 minute drive to Bridgehampton, Sag Harbor or Southampton. And it’s very easy to get to the beaches.

Wonderful Hamptons Retreat

Our stay at this Hamptons property during Fourth of July week was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene beauty and luxurious comfort that this property offers. The location of the property is unbeatable. We were just a short drive away from stunning beaches, charming local shops, and exquisite dining options. Despite being so conveniently located, the property still offered a sense of seclusion and privacy, making it a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle. The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring that our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Their recommendations for local attractions and dining were spot on, enhancing our experience even further. Perfect Home. Perfect Host. Perfect Vacation. (And Perfect Weather)

Each summer my wife and I host our family for a vacation. We are six adults and four children from 3 - 8 years old. This was our first experience with VRBO so we were not entirely clear as to what to expect. We were so pleasantly surprised with EVERYTHING!! The property was so perfect for a family of 10. Everything was pristine. The house has a great layout and location. The pool was a big hit as well. Probably what distinguishes a rental the most is Vacation host. David is so extraordinary because he could not be any more responsive and helpful. He was always available by text or phone and was so friendly and easy to deal with. We had a minor plumbing issue Saturday night during our stay. David made arrangements to a plumber to make an emergency call. Luckily my son-in-law was able to fix the problem negating the need for the plumber. The next morning we received a surprise delivery of sweets from Levain Bakery as a thank you for our inconvenience. So thoughtful. We recommend this property without reservation. Thank you David for making our vacation so enjoyable!!!

Wonderful week because of David!

This property is exactly as listed… Beautiful, clean, well equipped. I brought my family of five which included an infant and two toddlers as well as my parents, brothers, and their significant others for a week to this beautiful property. The pool was always warm, all the appliances worked perfectly, there was more than enough towels and linens. The kitchen had staples, plates, silverware, and servingware. Best of all, David is polite and easy to work with.

Amazing house!

This house is absolutely perfect! It's in a great central location with lots of privacy, yet still close to everything. The house itself is pristine and gorgeous, with everything you could possibly need. There is easily enough space for two families to stay with a master bedroom plus another bedroom/bathroom on each level. It's also a fantastic place for kids--the basement has a cute play area with a ton of toys for various ages. The owners are incredibly easy to communicate with and very responsive. Overall fantastic and highly recommend!
