The space
A gorgeous multi-level home with the master suite and guest suite with their own bathrooms on the main floor. The basement has a large inviting entertainment area with tall ceilings, large windows, ping pong table, corn hole, games and a theatre.

Also, a large living room, fireplace, and office for 2 people and a garage where you can park 2 cars inside.

The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, dishes, pots / pans to prepare meals at home.

The open living room has floor to ceiling windows providing light where you can see the mountain views while relaxing by the fireplace.

Within a 4 minute drive is a large grocery store, and a number of shops / restaurants. Costco is only an 8 minute drive.

Two freeways can be accessed within 5 minutes. If heading to the mountains, you can be at the base of the mountains in 20 minutes and 40 to 55 minutes to 6 ski resorts.

The airport is a 20 minute drive away.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire home and yard. Including the spacious garage with 2 parking spaces.

Other things to note
Dogs under 25 lbs are welcome in the house with prior approval from the owner and a pet fee. The back yard is fully fenced for pet convenience. We ask that you clean up after your pet. If any damage is done by your pet, you will be responsible for paying for the cleaning or repairs.
