Our fenced in backyard makes it perfect for furry friends which are welcome with an additional fee. In order to provide an excellent experience for all of our guests we allow responsible dog owners to bring WELL BEHAVED dogs (up to 3) during their stay. A deep cleaning is performed after each pet stay and we charge $25 per night.
STAIRS: There are 3 stairs leading to the front door. This is a 3 level property. Must use stairs to access all of the bedrooms and bathrooms.
PARKING: The attached garage has 2 parking spaces (small and medium vehicles) and a clearance of 7.5 feet in height. There is a shared street leading to the property so NO STREET PARKING . You may park in the driveway as long as your vehicle is not extended into the street. The HOA tickets ($60) and the neighbors love to tattle. There is additional overnight parking in the overflow lot just up the road if your vehicle is too large to fit in the garage.
PLEASE NOTE: The primary bath includes a large garden soaking tub and abundant natural light. Please note: the separate shower in this bathroom is not operational and has been converted into a decorative indoor terrarium feature. Two additional full bathrooms with working showers are available in the home.
We offer early check-in and late check-out for $25/hr. Please schedule this in advance.

If you prefer a scent-free environment, please request plug-in removal before your stay, and we’ll ensure your space is prepared accordingly during cleaning!

This is one of the best VRBO properties that I’ve ever rented! It was exquisitely clean and well-appointed. Every closet had a dirty laundry basket and stand to hold a suitcase. There were actually tissues and soap! Plenty of towels, full kitchen amenities and comfortable furniture/bedding. Communication was clear and friendly. My teenagers wanted to move in ;) I will seek out this property again as we travel to Salt Lake regularly! Thank you for your attention to details! We fully enjoyed our stay!
