A newly built 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home located in the Summer Camp Community in St. Teresa, FL. Come enjoy the Gulf breeze on your very own private balcony and enjoy a variety of features like your own outdoor shower, a stunning master suite, and no carpet throughout the entire home!
Guest access
Guests will have the entire house to themselves. Enjoy a 5 minute walk to the beach or go for a swim in the community swimming pool! There is a convenient boat launch site a mere 5.3 miles from the location. Pickleball and golf enthusiasts will find Saint James Bay Golf Club, equipped with a gym and a pool, just a few miles away.
Other things to note
Guest are welcome to bring their bicycles, boats, kayaks, and fishing gear, as the water is just a short distance away.
