The bedrooms feature 1 king bed in the Master with full bath , tile shower . 1 room with a Queen , and another with a Queen and futon. New walk in tiled showers. Central heating and air . Tile floors throughout. Brand new carpets in the bedrooms. New beds with all bedding/ pillows. Quartz countertops in the kitchen , fully stocked with Keurig coffee maker , Air fryer , all new appliances. Extra Fridge/Freezer in garage if needed. Shuffleboard table for your entertainment along with several board games. Wi-Fi and Internet , new TVs throughout the house for streaming. Brand new washer and dryer in the garage. Several bicycles in great condition to use riding around the neighborhood. Quiet , 5 miles to walk or ride without leaving the neighborhood. The U shaped Dock has a 10,000lb Boatlift with remotes, with plenty of lighting. Deep water access to the Gulf of Mexico. Matlacha, Sanibel and Captiva Islands are visible from Pine Island. Plenty of places to visit. Large screened in Lanai with plenty of seating. Close to several restaurants and bars, shopping , hiking, local Art shops , marinas. Boat rentals nearby. Beautiful Quiet Neighborhood with Great Sunsets perfect for walks , bike rides. Near Cape Coral , Ft. Myers , Punta Gorda.

We have had this home since the 1980s. Its a great location away from busy streets and noise. This is a boaters paradise. Fishing is unreal around the Islands.
Several Top Golf courses are close by within a short drive. Several Local Restaurants on the water with fresh fish and local dishes. Sanibel and Captiva Islands are a short boat ride with more locations to visit. Spend your days Island hopping.
