Venez profiter de cette maison de 3 chambres / 2 salles de bain de 2000 pieds carrĂ©s Ă  Saint James City avec plus de 300 pieds de digue. Cette villa est un paradis pour les pĂȘcheurs avec un ascenseur Ă  bateaux couvert. Vous n'ĂȘtes qu'Ă  quelques minutes des eaux de Pine Island Sound. Cette rĂ©gion est connue pour certaines des meilleures pĂȘcheries de snook, sĂ©baste, truite, mĂ©rou, vivaneau, pompano, cobia et plus encore. Dirigez-vous vers le nord en passant par Sanibel, Captiva et Cayo Costa vers les eaux autour du col de Boca Grande pour trouver la plus grande population de tarpon au monde. Si aprĂšs tout cela, vous ĂȘtes tous Ă©puisĂ©s, pourquoi ne pas simplement vous dĂ©tendre et pĂȘcher dans les plages de sable et les mangroves, toujours Ă  quelques minutes. The owners are awesome following up to see if you need anything or if there would be anything they can do make the stay more enjoyable. The house is clean and location is great.

Beautiful home! We especially loved the pool and manatee watching! Pine Island is a fun and friendly place to visit, great restaurants and very peaceful and relaxing!

We loved our stay at Fisherman’s Delight. We have stayed at several homes in the area but this home stands out as not just a rental property but as someone's home. The furniture, well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds make this house stand out. We really enjoyed spending time in the large pool area and the pool. The pool area was a great spot for morning coffee and bird watching. The house was very clean and check-in was very easy, all instructions needed inside the house. Loved the location, nice quiet neighborhood. Laura was great to work with during booking and our stay. We would not hesitate to book the house again if available. Great property and host!

Great Stay

House was super clean and well equipped! It was wonderful to put the boat on the lift, jump in the pool, and make a meal with our family. Host was super friendly and very accommodating.

Relax and maybe don't fish

This property is a great place to relax and enjoy nature if you are not into fishing. Additionally, if you like to bike, the areas low traffic and scenic views are ideal. Laura the owner was great. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Great location for fishing and quiet neighborhood

This home is beautiful! The inside is large open space living, with a huge center island for cooking and food preparation. All brand new appliances. The bedrooms are great and perfect size. A/C works wonderful, even in the heat of the summer! The pool is awesome and comfortable! The BEST part is the ENTIRE screened in back porch, which stops those biting a** gnats and no see’ems. Makes for very comfortable grilling and hanging out area. The boat lift is wonderful!! I have a 26’ boat and it docked perfectly, easy access in and out of the boat! Has a fish skinning station, power and water at the boat lift! WONDERFUL PLACE

Beautiful home in great location

We enjoyed docking our boat right behind the house and being centrally located to take day trips all around the island. Our favorite destinations were Sanibel and Cayo Costa. Pine island has great farms to explore as well, and we left with delicious mangoes. We are not big on fishing but we saw fish being caught everywhere we went, so this is truly a fisherman’s paradise as well.

Great!

Enjoyable stay! This was our second time renting. House was clean. Comfortable master bed. Good size pool that we stayed in much of the time. Plenty of outdoor seating. Just don’t forget your bug spray. Good fishing for my husband and daughter. Spotted dolphins last time we were there and this time we seen a manatee with her baby swim by. Neighborhood is nice and always quiet. Host was friendly and available for any needs but we didn’t have any. Will book again.

Small glitch at the start but was quickly fixed Host was easy to communicate with and had it taken care of Location is beautiful and access to open water is easy House is first rate and the pool quite welcome after a day in sun fishing

25 th Anniversary vacation

Went fishing every day except the first day, they were replacing the boat lift. It is all new and nice now. House is like new inside and pool is nice.Air conditioner outside master bedroom is a little loud and the bed is firmer than we like. Over all we had a good time and are planning to go back.

Great Host, Great Home, Great Location

This home was perfect for our family trip over spring break. There was a small hiccup at check-in, but Laura went to great lengths to ensure everything got taken care of. We had great communication, and she was always willing to help provide anything we needed. The home was spacious, well-furnished and stocked for us to make meals and enjoy time around the pool. The location was very safe, convenient, and laid back, just the way we like it! We would absolutely stay here again!

Ideal location!!

Perfect location getaway! This area still has the old Florida charm! Great restaurants close by and quiet neighborhood. Fishing in the canals and bay was perfect. Very clean and completely refurbished home. The owners were helpful and attentive! We will definitely be back!

WORST PLACE WE HAVE RENTED!!! EVER!!!

We showed up to contractors everywhere, in the driveway and all around the house. This did not end through our stay. The house was filthy! Cable was less than basic 7-10 channels then 120 less than basic channels, the outside lights pool/boat lift lighting broken, front lights not there. Verbo, would not help me find another place, then when I called back and told them what was going on with the contractors there every day, I was yelled at and told I should have called sooner, and they would have helped me and relocated me. When I told them I did call and was told to deal with the host, again I was told they would not do anything I needed to deal with the host. I asked them to call the host and ask them to have the contractors leave and not show back up until I was gone, they would not. I was then asked to leave by the host, after complaining. I had no place to go and all the places available were out of my budget, Verbo would not help. This was supposed to be a restful time enjoying a heated salt pool (which was broke) between cancer treatments for my husband and ended up being a nightmare of construction and no rest. The pool was dirty with bird poop in & out and after the lanai contractor came, it was full of metal shavings all over/in the pool and the pool area, the dock and surrounding area. There was no respect for our time, money or peace! This home should not have been put on the site until ALL construction was done. The description of this house was NOT what we got!!
