Maison 5 chambres récemment rénovée avec 100 pi de bord de lac à louer sur le lac Conesus. Chambre des maîtres avec nouveau lit King, canapé, commodes et WiFi Smart TV. 3 chambres avec lits queen plus récents, commodes et WiFi TV 1 chambre avec lits superposés et commode. Deux nouvelles salles de bain complètes, buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse. Deux salons, véranda fermée, piano et bar. Deux nouveaux réfrigérateurs, lave-vaisselle et four à dessus plat. Stationnement hors rue avec garage. Cette maison est parfaite. Climatisation centrale.

We loved this property! We had enough space for our whole party and really enjoyed the basement set up so we didn't wake up our littles at night time. The whole property was clean and very accommodating to a large amount of people!

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay. Enough space for our group of adults ands and kids. The house was cleaned. We loved our view, we were able to bring our boat, being able to wake up and lower the boat right into the water was great. We would stay there again..

Nice stay

The house had everything that was needed for several nights stay. Amenities, towels, the essentials. Not used to being in a house right on the main road and within 10 feet of the water in the back, but not many options in the area and this served our family. Thank you.

Sit back and enjoy

This was a very lovely home. It was roomy and had plenty of places to sit and visit. They have just hired a new cleaning crew and I am confident any issues will certainly be rectified. It was a little close to the water than I thought it would be but we had plenty of life jackets for the kiddos. You definitely need water shoes due to a rocky bottom lake. Overall our stay was relaxing and enjoyable.

Wow!!!

We had family members flying in from all over the country for a memorial service. The house was beyond our expectations! There was plenty of room for everyone, and the host made sure we had everything needed and responded to my messages immediately. This is a great space for large gatherings as there are many places to sit quietly or be boisterous in a large group. This is by far our best experience in renting a house and each of the members of our family were so grateful to have a spot to be together during an otherwise sad time. I can’t say enough good things about this property and the host.

Mixed Feelings

I have very mixed feelings about our stay. The good news is that is was great to have 5 bedrooms for our extended family, and the lake and location was fun. The pool table was a nice addition. The owner was responsive when we had to ask about broken or missing items on the property. But, several things contributed to a not very good stay: The house was very dirty when we arrived, even though we paid a high cleaning fee to stay there. We had a spend time when we got there cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher. We are not clean fanatics - we like camping but the house was a mess. The air conditioning was uneven. Very cold in the basement and first floor, but did not reach the upper floor's three bedrooms. They brought over fans when we asked. Although there are new TVs in each bedroom the TV cable did not work and couldn't get it to work during our stay. There was no instructions on how to use the system. The grill had gas, but was clogged so it didn't work. The house has a nice dock that goes into the water. Yet someone threw many cinder blocks into the lake off the dock. When 2 of us when gently off the dock we cut our feet on the blocks. The blocks (maybe 10) were at least 10 yards from the dock. We stayed at another property last year on this lake for the same price, but it was in much better condition. Unfortunately it was not available to rent this year This property has the potential to be a good vacation home, but it needs repairs and major cleaning.

Nice Week at the 4096 Lake House

Very good location and nice waterfront. Historic property, but needs some work on the perimeter. AC worked well and lower level entertainment was nice plus. Kayaks, canoe and paddle boat were nice adds.

Family Vacation

This was our second stay here and we had a great time again. The fishing from the dock was busy catching Sunfish, Bass, Mudcat, ring perch everyday. Used the kayaks and firepit a lot. The house has everything you need to enjoy the lake and relax. Thanks Chris, we will be back again!

Lake Vacation

The owner was easy to get hold of BUT the pictures were not current pictures of the house. The house needed many repairs ( broken cupboard doors, sink not draining, missing door knobs, doors to room hard to open, etc.) and it was not clean when we arrived. We spent two hours cleaning before we could settle in. The outside needed lawn maintenance which had weeds that were over 5 feet tall by the garage. There was no way to lock the house up if everyone was going on a day trip together. The lake was great and easy to access.

Family vacation

We loved staying at this house! We had 8 adults and 3 kids. Plenty of room inside and out. The game room downstairs was perfect for a rainy day. We did plenty of fishing off the dock and caught lots of fish! The seating outside was great for company as well! Chris was excellent about getting back to us throughout the week about any questions we had. The Central air was a huge plus! Thanks for a great stay Chris!

Family Vacation at the Lake

The property is well represented. Our family had a great time, used the kayaks and paddle boat. There was plenty of wood for nightly fires in the fire pit. We caught well over 50 fish just off the dock - rock bass, mud cat, sunfish, ring perch, small mouth bass, some red fin fish, a pike - saw several large mouth bass too. Even saw a school of very large carp after the rain. Parking was great for visitors and the house had everything we needed. Boat lift worked great too. We had no issues, didn't have to call the property manager at all the whole week. We will be back again! Chris was very nice and made it a very easy process for checking in and out. Thanks Chris!

Roomy and comfortable

We loved our stay! The three floors gave us plenty of space, the basement was filled with lots of things to do on the rainy day and a half we had. We really appreciated having two fridges and two full bathrooms. There was plenty of seating both inside and out. The boat lift was also so nice to have! Close to the road and a small yard, but it was not an issue for us. Would love to return!

great place!

we booked this on a whim-and were not disappointed- cottage is open and airy-great views- boat lift a major plus-gorgeous sunsets-we took our dog which is major plus tight to e lake rd but we managed- large parking area quite unique is "Mary of the Lake" shrine to our blessed mother on the back of the garage- She blessed us with a great week- hot/humid- Thanks for our stay!
