Welcome to The Pearl â the front unit of our beautifully renovated triplex. Everything inside is brand new â furnishings, appliances, and dĂ©cor â making this space super clean, ultra-modern, and comfortable. Perfect for a couplesâ retreat or solo escape.
Important Note: This is a triplex, and while the home has been updated throughout, sound can carry between units. If you are a very light sleeper or require total silence, The Pearl may not be the best fit. Most guests are comfortable, but we want you to have the right expectations.
Located right next to the Nir Family YMCA, guests can grab a day pass and enjoy Wilmingtonâs best fitness facility â a fully rebuilt center with pools, hot tub, sauna, weight room, cardio equipment, spin studio, and group classes.
The Pearl is also just a short drive to Wallace Park and Port City Java. Nearby favorites include Indochine, Whole Foods, and a variety of cafés and breweries. Downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk are less than 5 minutes away, and Wrightsville Beach is under 15 minutes when you're ready for sun and surf.
Guests have one private parking spot, plus access to extra spots in the lot next door when needed.
