Step in to our new urban getaway in the heart of Wilmington's vibrant Cargo District, The Porter Loft at Container Park. Our modern converted shipping container offers a one-of-a-kind experience, blending industrial charm with upscale, intentional design and comfort. The location can't be beat! Walk outside your front door and step into all that the Cargo District has to offer. Everything from fast bites to classy cocktail bars, breweries, shopping, and more are all within a few blocks!
Living Area: Located downstairs and equipped with Smart TV, comfortable and stylish seating, and 500mbs Wi-Fi speed from AT&T Fiber.
Kitchen: Situated just off the living room and fully equipped with modern appliances, Keurig coffee maker, coffee and creamer selection, and cooking essentials. Seating for 2 at a comfortable round dining table.
Bedroom: Up the stairs, relax in coastal comfort furnished with a queen bed, desk, walk-in closet with washer/dryer, seating nook, and access to 2nd floor balcony.
Bathroom: Spacious walk-in shower, plush towels, and Shampoo & Conditioner from MISSIO (local to the Cargo District!)
Outdoor Space: Private upstairs patio with seating, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Additional seating nook located just inside for the days you want to enjoy the sun but not the heat!
Local Partnerships: We partnered with local businesses throughout the Cargo District and furnished The Porter Loft with local products wherever possible! We invite guests to explore the local Cargo District and other local Wilmington shops and brands!
Location: We are tucked away in a quiet and private community directly across the street from restaurants and shops but away from the hustle and bustle. Less than 20 minutes to Wrightsville Beach or Carolina Beach and less than 5 miles to ILM airport.
