- Welcome to your home-away-from-home in the heart of Dorchester! This 3rd-floor, 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath retreat is designed with cozy comfort and convenience in mindâperfect for families and groups looking to create lasting memories.
- With plenty of open space for entertaining and futon sofas that convert into extra beds, our home can comfortably sleep up to 11 guests without feeling crowded.
- Enjoy the convenience of 1 off-street parking space plus plenty of free street parking on both sides.
Getting around is a breeze with the T station (Savin Hill station) within walking distance (7-10min walk), giving you quick access to Bostonâs top attractions.
Whether youâre here for family time, a city adventure, or simply to relax, our home is designed for comfort, connection, and convenience.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OR SOCIAL GATHERINGS...VIOLATIONS WILL WARRANT IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION WITH NO REFUND AND THE SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED.
**NO Parties or Events**, including bachelor or bachelorette groups. Quiet time between 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. Please be respectful to the neighborhood, no loud talking is allowed on deck between 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. Please note, if you are loud after quiet hours or caught having unannounced guests over, your reservation may be terminated immediately at my discretion and you will not be refunded.
-No unregistered guests. Sleeping-over visitors MUST obtain prior approval from hosts to enter the property premise or your reservation may be terminated immediately at my discretion and you will not be refunded.
**Guests agree to book under the understanding that the hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises, that the hosts are not responsible for the loss of guests' personal belongings or valuables, and that, by accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm to themselves arising from their use of the premises or to others whom they invite to use the premise.
-Any visit from the local police department will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
