Our family absolutely LOVED this house. The pool is amazing. We had enough room to sit around inside and play games when it rained. There were cute little restaurants down on the beach as well!

Great property, exceptional management. We had ages 12 - 71 and all loved our stay and the house. We booked 2 activities via the concierge and both were fantastic, Excellent recommendations. Plenty of pans and utensils to cook with. Pool was nice and warm. We enjoyed evenings on the patio with gentle rain cooling everything down. Excellent AC, bathrooms were great. Beds very comfortable. Easy access to groceries and the beach just down the hill. Highly recommend this property. It looks just like the pictures online. Alex our host made sure our stay was amazing.

It does have a BEAUTIFUL view!

The photos of this house online are incredible. After reading the glowing reviews, I was anticipating a well kept property. We found that the Zindis group was very responsive and that was a plus, but the upkeep of this property leaves something to be desired. The towels and bedding were a disappointment. They were ragged and needed to be replaced. Many of the appliances did not work well. The washer and dryer left clothes full of lint. The ice maker didn't work, the coffee pot lid was broken and the air conditioner in the bedroom had 2 issues with leaking water. The dishwasher worked but is dated and difficult. As a whole, the floors need upkeep and the woodwork could use it too. The laundry area is dirty and dingy, not like the pictures on the site! It is a shame that the property is not maintained better. I was surprised that others rated this so high. The people we encountered were wonderful....but I will look elsewhere for my next stay.

Perfect House For Our Getaway

Six college roommates, all 65, enjoyed three nights here. Everything we needed was included. Kitchen was very well stocked including blender, hand mixer, drip coffee maker and filters. Plenty of bath and beach towels. Pool and outdoor area are amazing and the views are spectacular. Able to walk to a mini-market and the beach.

House was beautiful with all the amenities needed for your stay. Check in and communication with management was easy. We watched the sunset from the infinity pool each night followed by fireflies and thunderstorms. Great trip

What a great time!

The amazing parts of this experience far outweigh the negatives. We were met by a host to walk us through the property and rules. Every time we had a question, we received a great answer or recommendation. The house was beautiful, and my crew was very comfortable. We wish all the jets in the jacuzzi were working, or that someone would have come to fix it while we were there, but the team overseeing the property more than made up for that slight detail. I would revisit in a heartbeat!

Great House, Great Time

My Family and I had a great time in Playa Hermosa. The house was amazing. The Zindis crew Bryan and Milena were very helpful in lining up activities for us and helping with the property. If you are staying with a small child they charge extra money for a pack and play, and high chair. We've rented many larger VRBO properties, and these items are typically included, so for a luxury rental like this, i feel those items should be included at no charge. Other than this though, the property and experience were amazing!

Our first trip to Costa Rica

This property was AWESOME. We had 4 adults and 3 children (twins 5 and a 2 year old). The management team provided valuable assistance on local beaches and restaurants. The view is even better in person.

Muy Bonita!

We had a group of 3 couples for this trip and loved the location: it's about a 10min walk to Playa Hermosa. I will say that the uphill you'll encounter coming back to this property might not be pleasant for all involved, however. They provided beach towels, snorkeling gear, and all the usual accessories and dishes for the kitchen. The AC's worked really well, and the gated community has a movie theater and mini golf! The view is simply amazing from the patio, can't beat it. There are a few negatives that I hope are addressed. The plumbing is a bit funny, some of the showers ended up with standing water while you're using them, one doesn't get warm at all (one of the master bedrooms near the driveway), the kitchen flooded mildly one morning but there's a drain in the floor so no sweat there..? The pool was a little green when we arrived but continued to get more green and cloudy throughout our visit. Maybe this is a certain style of pool maintenance that doesn't require chemicals, but it was less than desirable to get into once it started getting cloudy. The raccoons aren't anything to joke about; they will attack your trash if you leave it outside. It would've been nice to have one of those trash cages that a lot of other properties have. We ended up pulling the trash cans in the house at night to prevent it. All in all, a wonderful trip!!!

Taking care of business

This is a wonderful house that is comforable, efficient, and it has amazing views. We loved using the pool and deck area all day long. We did have a minor problem that came up that needed to be dealt with to help our group. The management company did an amazing job of responding to our need. It is in the beautiful Hermosa Heights community. We were close to beaches, restaurants, and able to take advantage of excursions as well. Worth checking out and you can feel confident they will take care of you. Melena was a great host throughout our stay!

Great house and view

Very easy arrival and departure process. The viesmw from the house is better than the pictures. Any issues were handled quickly and did not impact the stay. As we dis not rent a car for our group of 8 adults, the Zindis group helped arrange transport service, taxi service, coordinated an in-house chef experience and even did a bank errand for us! Many thanks to Emanuel for his amazing service.

Wonderful stay

The home is exactly as seen in the photos..clean, spacious and comfortable. The property manager was very responsive and always available to answer our questions. There is a common pool, water slide’s and mini golf, that the teens really enjoyed. The activities coordinator, Bryan was very helpful and a pleasure to meet.

Great View. Everything as advertised.

I loved staying here for 1 week from late December through early January. The view of Playa Hermosa is outstanding. I was a bit surprised that the water temperature of the pool is a bit on the cold side. I own a beach house a few hours to the south and stepping into my pool at 8pm is like a warm bath. This pool was a bit chilly even during the warmest part of the day. After some reading, I think it is the color of the tile. The builder used a brown tile to match the color of the house. I have a dark blue tile in my pool. I've read that tile color can affect pool temperature by as much as 5 degrees Celsius. Darker colors absorb more heat. Anyway I adapted to the pool temperature quickly. The management agency was very professional. We arrived an hour early and they allowed us to check in since the unit was ready. The local wildlife is notable. Parakeets and humming birds are common sights. We had a humming bird that seemed to make an afternoon visit at the same time every day. One night a racoon walked along the edge of the pool as I was enjoying a scotch. Be aware of the racoons. The trash can has latches to lock the lid on. I did not properly use the latches the first night we had trash and had to clean up the next morning. Even after putting on the latches, the racoons would still try to get in at night. Lovely creatures. I think they enjoyed my cooking. Near the end of our stay we took a morning sailing excursion with Sea Bird Sailing. I can recommend them for a nice time. I might try the afternoon tour the next time for the sunset. It was a wonderful stay and I would definitely rent again. Thank you Zindi for making our holiday memorable.

Great Thanksgiving stay

Stayed for a week over Thanksgiving with my wife and 12 year old son. We had a great stay and the property was exactly as described. Management office is at the base of the private road and was quick to respond to any questions. They were able to set up in room massages for us and were easy to work with. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic get away

We loved the house and location. We walked to the coffee shop down the hill every morning. The location and house was awesome ! Having our own pool was awesome. Proximity to Coco is 10 min and was so nice. The people of Costa Rica are awesome. Can’t wait to return.
