Spacious Townhome ~ Pet Friendly ~ Great Beach Location!

This renovated and pet-friendly beach townhouse is located on Crescent Beach! Tarpon Run #35 is a two-story townhome perfect for enjoying the beach or boating with family and friends. It is conveniently situated approximately 6 miles from Historic Downtown, where you'll find numerous restaurants and shops along A1A. Tarpon Run is just a short walk to the beach from the property.

The master bedroom features a queen bed with an ensuite bath, while the guest bedroom offers a king bed. The open floor plan downstairs includes a fully renovated and equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area, a half bath, and a living area with a large flat-screen TV. Cable TV, Wi-Fi, and a DVD player are also provided.

Additionally, there is a first-floor bedroom off the living room that includes a trundle bed. An outdoor deck on the first floor features seating, making it a great space to enjoy time with family and friends. This townhome is also equipped with a front-load washer and dryer for your convenience.

Very conveniently located to drive to the beach, nicely furnished, comfortable beds. The North bedroom upstairs was quite a bit warmer than the other rooms, but that is to be expected during the Florida summer, and the ceiling fan worked nicely above the bed. Short walk to the pool. Pool was clean and the perfect temperature. Suited our needs perfectly. The 8 year old in our group said to make sure to leave five stars because she loved it!

Townhouse was decorated beach style and very nice furniture , fluffy towels , beach chairs/ umbrellas , beach toys, every kitchen utensil needed , comfy beds , extra fans in every room , extra hairdryers . Overall the condo was great. The only thing is my dad has bad knees and I felt really bad him climbing the stairs. Also the beach access is walking distance but also has a lot of stairs if your traveling with kids , take a beach buggy. You can drive on the beach if you have a 4 wheel drive.

valentine's getaway

Great stay! Thank you, it was a great location and the place was wonderful. Only two things that I want to bring to your attention. First is the coffee maker basket is not the right one for the machine and it overflowed. We are crafty though and made it on the stove. Second, the instructions said put the trash in the receptacle. I was thinking that there should have been a green dumpster somewhere on the property but didn't find one. We left the trash in the bins in the house. I hope that is okay! Otherwise, it was perfect for our needs. I appreciate you being there for us!

Lovely home

We enjoyed our stay and the short walk to the dog beach.There were plenty of comfy places to sleep, rest and lounge. The landscaping was well maintained and there was a place to rinse your feet before entering the home. Of note though, there is no recycling which was surprising given the amount of condos.

Clean and cute

Initially we liked the townhouse very much. First impressions were that it was updated and clean. However, there were 2 areas on both floors where something which looked like black soot surprised us. It cleaned up quickly but over the several days we were there my wife almost took a tumble when one of the dining room chairs legs almost came completely off, the fireplace wouldn't work, some of the remotes didn't work either and, the listing was not acurate. The Master bedroom with the ensuite and king bed does not have a king bed. It's a queen and the room is half the size of the actual Master Bedroom. Lastly, the washing machine door gasket has mold in it probably from being left damp. there,

Beach Vacation

Our only surprise was the 3rd bed being located close to an exit door. We had to make some rearrangements to our sleeping plan, but all worked out well. I do think one of the neighbors got frustrated with our pups, but we followed all the rules and cleaned up our messes. Hope no one complained. Beautiful area.

I would love that it was a quiet part of the beach, but close enough to restaurants and bars. If you have a dog they will love it the beach is dog, friendly and beautiful. The only thing I wish is it have a big deck with a grill

Great Townhouse

My adult children and I stayed here for a week. Properly was exactly as described. Quiet area a short walk to the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be booking this property again! Loved it!

Not an ideal location for small kids.

Beach access is across the road (very busy highway to be crossing with small kids) and definitely a hike to navigate with beach coolers, wagons, and chairs
 lots of stairs to get to the beach. The beds were extremely hard, we bought a king size memory foam topper to try to help make it through. We did leave it because those toppers are impossible to roll back up. The pool is an older one. It needed to be cleaned when we got there. It was full of crabs and dead ones at that . The place was clean, but not kid friendly. We left a day early.

Clean and equipped for family get-away’s

My only complaint is that I was under the impression that the venue was closer to both the beach AND the pool. With small children, it was tough getting them to their favorite places.

Family Vacation

We loved the home! Nice location, the beach access is not right across the road, it is a little ways past the apartments but still very close. Apartment was clean and had everything that was needed. Restaurants and family activities were close by. The pool was a nice accessory. Would definitely book again!
