Perfect corner and unit with great view

This immaculate unit had absolutely everything we needed for the perfect week-long stay. We try and book this complex when we come in to visit family, this particular unit is situated at the end for lots of privacy and unobstructed nature views. Extremely well appointed and clean unit. Easy check in and check out, professionally managed.

The main one in the living room had only the very basic dish channels and the one in the bedroom was Roku. Never got it to work for us as we weren’t familiar with that system. It would help if there were instructions somewhere. Our brother was staying in another condo that had dish and they got a lot more channels. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was good. Just wondered how often the comforter/ bedspread was cleaned.

The place was rather dark ; could use some brighter paint colors : it also could use some up grading - the outlets could be replaced as it was hard to find one that worked .the windows made it hard to see the view as they were all cloudy-the furniture could be up graded as well. The overall space was wonderful ; just needs some TLC - husband was disappointed that there was no pool furniture and the gym was still closed-

Tucson stay at VRBO

Pleasantly surprised with the rental. Centrally located in Ventana Canyon with grocery shopping, pharmacy and restaurants close by made our stay here during these troubled times a very comfortable stay. We extended our stay and the property manager was very accommodating and even restocked our supplies. This property is pet friendly and the golf at Ventana Canyon is great.

Condo at Tucson

The property itself was very good and the people at Spectrum were excellent. They saved us from being gouged by VRBO money problems. We would definitely recommend Spectrum, but not VRBO. If we ever do business again with VRBO, we will be very, very careful

Wonderful

The Greens on N Kolb in Tucson was wonderful! We had a couple of small issues, slow draining shower and a faulty light switch. We called Jeanine the property manager and both were quickly fixed. No other issues. Elanor , the owner, was very helpful. We will stay here again.

Spectrum was excellent and were very helpful when I had trouble with the internet (was given the wrong password). I also lost the key after hours and someone drove to the condo complex to unlock the door and provide a new key. This service is really fantastic. Most of the furniture was very nice. The deck furniture was not very comfortable. I would certainly rent this place again via Spectrum Real Estate Service.

That being said, the location is in a corner back from the road and is quiet and private. Ir overlooks a small golf course green and vegetation. Since it was a new redo there were some missing appointments like a need of more lamps to light a darkish room and extra sheets for the bedrooms but the staff took care of them immediately and we were pleased. The only disappointment was the "den" fora guest..very little room or privacy.This den is for a child,not an adult.

This condo was very nicely furnished and included everything that I needed. The surroundings were beautiful, overlooking the far side of the golf course. The neighbors that I met were also very friendly and welcoming, especially when you have a dog. I would highly recommend staying here again.

First, we LOVED the location and price. And the kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, baking dishes and every gadget you'd need to cook meals including Thanksgiving dinner. Here's what could be improved: 1.) The carpeting and tile are SORELY in need of a professional steam cleaning. When I wiped up some spilled water on the tile, the paper towel came away black. 2.) The disposal didn't work. 3.) There was no kitchen trash can, no dishwasher soap, and no cleaning supplies at all (dishwashing liquid, sponge, SoftScrub, Windex, etc.) which would have allowed us to do some spot cleaning. (We contacted management and they immediately brought us a small trash can and bag for the kitchen and some dishwasher soap.) 4.) Often a VRBO will have basics like salt, pepper, coffee, coffee filters. We expect to buy groceries but having these basics would have helped.
