Our vacation home has everything you need, on or off season! A bright, cheerful sunroom with flat-screen TV and new hardwood flooring overlooks a spacious furnished patio bordered by beautiful gardens with rhododendron, hydrangeas, rose bushes and mature landscaping. The lovely fully-equipped kitchen has granite countertops, a cathedral beamed ceiling and modern appliances with newer refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave. The kitchen opens on to the dining area and separate comfortable living room with flat-screen TV and wireless printer.

There is plenty of room for everyone! Bedroom 1 contains two twin beds and a closet, and Bedroom 2 contains a Queen bed and a large closet. The first floor bathroom is fully renovated and contains marble tiling with a walk-in rainhead shower. Upstairs, bedroom 3 is a large room containing a King size bed, a sitting area and spacious closet and Bedroom 4 is an equally large room containing two twin beds, a crib, a game table and spacious closet. The upstairs bathroom was recently renovated to include a tile surround tub and flooring and a new countertop. The upstairs flooring in the hallway and bedrooms is new maple hardwood.

Amenities include whole-home generator, air conditioning, wi-fi and access to streaming services with your own login. 8 beach towels are included and there is a newer washer/dryer in the basement for your use. There is a gas grill with extra propane tanks and access to beach chairs and other beach gear in the shed, as well as all kitchenware and utensils/pots/pans, lobster pot, blender, Keurig coffee maker as well as a regular coffee maker.

Our home is located on an exceptional, quiet dead-end street. It is minutes to Long Pond, Harwich beaches, Nantucket Sound, and Pleasant Bay and is within walking distance to the Harwich Mariners Baseball field, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, the Harwich Community Center, tennis courts and Cranberry Valley Golf Course. It is convenient to downtown Harwich Port, Chatham, Orleans and Brewster and close to fabulous shopping and many restaurants!
