Great home- lots of room - our only complaint was having to bring our own sheets - and the clean up was more than usual with most of our stays! But highly recommend otherwise !

Quiet family neighborhood in Brewster. Close to beaches and restaurants. Paul was wonderful in accepting a last minute getaway and we were thrilled for a beautiful Cape Cod beach day before the summer is gone! Loved the house, it's huge and layout is great for groups. We appreciated the deck and grill and the hot tub was a treat!

Paul is a responsive & clear communicator. The home is very well supplied (bring own linens as site states). The hot tub was a huge gathering spot & enjoyed by all. The house is much nicer in person than the pictures indicate. Definitely would stay again! Only 10 minutes to Ocean Edge wedding venue.

The attention to detail from host, Paul, was incredible. A big, beautiful house, well kept, and clean. You know you are close to the beach, with that motif, and kayaks in the garage. All aspects were terrific, including regular visits from wild turkeys! Highly recommend Paul's house for any beach or park adventures.

Wonderful accommodations

The home was perfect for our family reunion. The dining table and outside table were perfect for our large group card games. The kitchen was well stocked. Especially liked the bathrooms which appeared recently renovated. Thanks Paul for sharing your home!

Nice central location

We enjoyed so much about this home- the rooms were spacious, the hot tub was lovely, and we had ample kitchen pot pans etc to cook up family meals. We visited the national seashore and some bay beaches for sunsets. The home easily accommodated the 5 adults one teen and one baby and dogs. Oh yes that the home was dog friendly was wonderful!!

Nice home in a beautiful neighborhood, close to beaches, shopping and attractions. Host was very responsive anytime we had questions. House was clean but a bit worn in areas, including beds and kitchen items. Good value for rate paid.

Perfect Family Vacation Home

This is our second time staying at Paul’s vacation home. There is plenty of space for two families and the location is close to the rail trail, beaches, and restaurants. Paul is a great host and the check in/check out process is simple. We definitely plan to come back next year!

Brewster Getaway

Great property for family vacation. Lots of areas to gather together in this home or outside. Also enough space to relax alone , if necessary. Location was convenient to supermarkets, beaches , restaurants, Nickerson State Park, CCRT, and many other beautiful scenic areas. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property, and hope to return again in the future.

Terrific house!!

This house is great!! Very spacious and well furnished. It has a big kitchen and big dining room. It was immaculately clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. We stayed in December, but there is also a large deck and hot tub. The owner was very helpful. Highly recommend this place!!

We loved the location. We have been vacationing on Cape Cod for 20+ years. This home was very spaci.

We love being on the cape and especially Brewster/Orleans. The house was very convenient to Hwy. 6 and Nauset Beach. We hosted my sister and niece and we all had very comfortable rooms with separate bathrooms for all. The living space was very comfortable.

We rented this great big house for our family wedding on the Cape, and it was the perfect home base for nine adults. The place was even bigger than the pictures show—we joked about having more than one living room!It was a breeze to find, which was a huge help with all the back-and-forth travel for wedding events. The host was wonderful, reaching out before we arrived with easy-to-follow instructions. The only regret is that we didn't have enough time to take advantage of all the amenities, like the hot tub. For anyone needing a spacious, well-equipped vacation rental, we highly recommend this one."
