L'ßle au trésor est située dans un coin tranquille et privé à Cape Coral. La maison est nouvellement meublée et dispose d'une nouvelle cuisine. En plus de cela, l'espace extérieur avec piscine chauffée et spa a été agrandi pour offrir plus d'espace pour s'amuser sous le soleil de la Floride. Treasure Island se trouve à quelques minutes en voiture des plages de Sanibel Island et de Fort Myers Beach, à quelques minutes en voiture des magasins et du pont de Cape Coral en direction de Fort Myers pour de nombreuses activités.

Enjoyable

We had a great experience at this house! The property manager was great with communication, attentive to needs (although we had none come up), the house was very clean, the pool area and back yard felt private. It was the perfect place to get away and relax between exploring shopping, beaches and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

I can't thank You enough for the opportunity to stay at the Treasure Island Home In Cape Coral. My Family had the most amazing time , we felt at home the second we walked in... The House was so clean , very spacious, incredibly private and beautiful. The Pool and spa were perfect and the back deck was Awesome ! We seen lots of fish ! There could be nothing better than a trip like this with your family and friends. We will be back every year if it is available . Thank you again for everything . STOP LOOKING NOW AND BOOK THIS PROPERTY !!

Property As Described

Property was as Described. The only complaint that I have is...... Don't charge people for daily electric use. Just raise nightly rental fee accordingly. They are charge you for using the grill if they have to clean grill. But I do believe there was a cleaning fee on final price. I guess that doesn't include the grill. Seems kinda Mickey Mouse to me. Thats just my opinion and everyone has one. Great overall stay.

Decent place to stay

The house was lovely and the pool was wonderful. A few things could be improved though. Front doorknob came off when closing the door. TV in living room never would work. Paying extra for electricity is something I've never encountered. Seems like electricity should be covered by the rental fee. Kitchen could use a few things like a pitcher(although there is one there now since we bought one). Driveway had a pile of palm tree leaves and debris in the middle of it when we pulled in.

Relaxing Stay

We had a great week! Check-in was a breeze. Decor was lovely and modern. Pool was awesome! Our favorite part for sure! We had trouble with the spa not getting warm, even after following the instructions, but not a big deal. Lots of space for our family of 6. I appreciated that there were lots of extra towels/ beach towels provided. Location was great. Very quiet neighborhood. We felt very safe. Close to tons of restaurants, grocery stores, activities.

Gulf Coast Getaway

The house is wonderful, lots of room and great amenities. It is tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood and at night sitting on the porch by the pool all you here are the sounds of nature. Our family had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great time with family

Great house private backyard and pool area. Had fun fishing and feeding the turtle under the dock by hand. Plenty of large pool towels and bath towels. Kitchen has a great selection of utensils and containers. We would stay here again, no complaints.

Great house, poor policies

The house was good and the location was good. Plenty of room etc. We have rented houses through vrbo and home away from home and airbnb in different locations. I have never heard of limiting the amount of electricity that is used. We went over the allowed electricity and were charged $16. Really? After all the other fees that were added and yet they couldn’t foot the $16? The towels and wash cloth were limited which forced us to wash & dry a couple times. Thus the reason for the extra electricity?? For this reason I wouldn’t rent from them again. Who wants to rent a house in Florida of all places when they don’t want you to set the AC lower than 78? I wrote this for my wife which was the one that stayed there.
