The location and amenities made for a perfect island vacation. Steps away from both the pool and beach meant that our group (ages 9 to 80) was never bored and could move across activities with ease.

The view is spectacular. The property is very nice with multiple pools, ocean swimming, volleyball, tennis, golf courses, and access to workout facilty in the casino. The kitchen was adequate but honestly did not cook very much because there are numerous great local restaurants. The beds were comfortable and unit was well kept. Super comfy furniture on the deck, which was my favorite spot. Very close access to the rain forest and luminescent bay.This was our 2nd stay at the Ocean Villas and definitely will come back again. Thank you for sharing this great unit.

Such a perfect setup
the quiet and peacefulness of the ocean villa with the amenities of the resort just a 5 minute walk. We had a great stay and hope to return.

Awesome view, great location

The views of the ocean from the deck is awesome. The location is great, close to excursions available on the island or just staying at the condo, resort restaurants and casino within walking distance. My family had a great time!

Lovely Villa!

Euniz was top notch and very attentive. The villa was perfect for our needs. Loved that it was steps to the pool and beach. Evenings on the balcony were perfect. Thank you for a great stay!

Gorgeous place!

The property was very spacious and has beautiful ocean views. The best part of this stay was the location. We had access to multiple pools and the beach was just a few steps away. The place was very clean and well-maintained. Euniz is very responsive and answered all my questions immediately. The only thing I wish was better was the kitchen. The kitchen is small. But if you are not cooking, that's not really an issue. Overall, amazing stay and can't wait to go back.

Perfect location with everything you need to enjoy your stay

Very clean and spacious. Amazing views, and 2 fantastic porches. There is so much attention to detail from beach towels, coolers, umbrellas and beach toys to the little things like real shampoo and conditioners and body wash. Fully equipped with all the little things you just never think to bring with you.

Beautiful views

This property is perfect for anyone looking for a more secluded vacation, but still close to great dining options. Despite being next to a major hotel and traveling on Thanksgiving, it often seemed like we had the beach and pool to ourselves. The view from the balcony alone is worth it. Minor issues with the unit, but those could be easily addressed by the owner (i.e. broken drawers, etc.).

Imperfect paradise

The view is everything as advertised. It was difficult to find the exact condo. There was no one immediately available to assist us. The balcony furniture was comfortable but turned out to be infested with fleas. Having access to the Wyndham hotel,restaurants and beach was fantastic.

Fantastic Views

Nice location. Views were great. Host very accessible. Owner could focus on a few details that would bring it up to 5 stars. Bedroom furniture cheap and broken. Hot water faucet in Master was broken. Coffee make was a challenge. All off-set by other good perks like plentiful towels and linens, friendly host and overall very comfortable.

Lovely Oasis

This condo is just as listed. It is clean and very comfortable. The attention to detail of furnishing down to the beach towels. The condo provided mostly everything needed to enjoy your stay. The condo building was very quiet. The views from both balconies are so beautiful and peaceful. A great place to have coffee and read. The beach was peaceful and not alot of people. The pools were clean and a great place to hang out after the beach. The location is PERFECT!! Would definitely recommend.

Great spot, minor frustrations

This condo is in an amazing spot - loved being close to beach and pools, easy to get around. Lots of minor frustrations in the apartment - broken beach umbrellas, coffee maker missing pieces, broken drawers, etc - all little things that were frustrating but didn't affect our stay immensely, and could easily be fixed. House was well equipped with beach and pool towels, which was great! And my kids appreciated using the boogie board and beach chairs.

I should be leaving two separate reviews. When we arrived the property was not as described. There was open air blowing through the closet which made it very hot and allowed bugs to enter which were all over the beds in one of the bedrooms. There were dirty footprints throughout the condo
 we were very disappointed and angry. We called the property manager and showed her the pictures, she immediately moved us to another unit. This unit was very nice. It was clean, modern, and we had an amazing stay. Outside the property is very nice. Great pools, easy access to the beach, not too crowded. The reason for my lower rating was due to the original property
 the second property was 5 stars.

Amazing location and Spectacular view

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay in the Condo at Ocean Villas. The moment we opened the door we were greeted with the most breathtaking view of the crystal blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean. The condo was impeccably clean, and I honestly do not think the pictures do it justice. The furnishings were new, in fact, Euniz was having a brand new refrigerator installed as we were checking in to the unit. It was so incredibly relaxing to wake up to the sound of the ocean and to be able to enjoy our coffee on the balcony while looking out at the beach. After a daily run on the beach, we would come back and eat breakfast on the balcony, then head to the beach for swimming and relaxing. Nights were soothing as the air was filled with a warm sea breeze and the constant chirp of the ubiquitous Coqui. Paradise. The condo suited our needs perfectly and Euniz was a real help in making sure our vacation was perfect. She recommended activities and restaurants and even left us a welcome gift. Although we did not use them, the toiletries that were provided were a nice touch as well. There were ample towels for the bathroom and beach and plenty of bed sheets too. The food at the resort is decent with the Iguana pub having the most appropriate food for the resort. I recommend having a rental car in order to take advantage of the local area, ie the Luquillo food kiosks and El Yunque- a ten minute drive. For anyone looking for a clean, safe, relaxing, gorgeous location for a vacation in Puerto Rico, this is the place. Thank you Euniz for making our stay wonderful and we hope to be back very soon.

Owning rental properties ourselves this property is better in person than from the pictures. Thoughtfully decorated and excellently supplied. Every toy for the beach and kitchen. Few minor problems and the response immediate and efficiently and effectively resolved. The management team is among the best we’ve seen.

The views from the balconies are so beautiful. The beds were comfortable, everything was top notch. I can’t say enough about the responsiveness from the host. So helpful and courteous. Loved everything about this villa!

Wonderful time

The property and room were excellent. Everything we could possibly need and more. The only thing I would advise anyone with is to be careful with the beach. The water can be pretty rough and while I was there people had to be saved and almost drowned. So please be careful. Other than that the location is great and safe and beautiful

BEST BEACHFRONT PROPERTY

The villa has everything you will need to have a spectacular experience. Loved the decorations, everything felt in place. Lots of space for lounging. Lots of towels! All Smart TV's (3) It is the best rental property we have experienced in the area! We have stayed at 5 different villas in Rio Mar and this is simply the best. We will be back! 5 stars!

Wonderful beach views

We spent 4 days and had a great time. This beach villa complex is very quiet and perfect for relaxing. Next door and within walking distance to the Wyndham hotel, you can grab a bite if not in the mood for cooking, although the units kitchen is fully equipped even with a Nexpresso machine which we really enjoyed. Ultra clean and with nice amnenties.

Wonderful stay right on the beach!

We had a wonderful time - the proximity to the pools, beach and the resort made it easy to have quiet or access to bars/restaurants when we wanted a cocktail and easy bite to eat. Plus it was so close to the rainforest and luquillo beach! A great stay in a beautiful apartment!
