In addition, to the 3 bedrooms, the property has 2 full baths, fully equipped kitchen, laundry area, dinning area, living area, dinning area at terrace, and 2 balconies. All rooms have balcony view to the beautiful golf course. The villa is conveniently located in Cluster 2 which is a 5 min walk to the beach.

Comfortable and clean

This space was perfect for 6 people. It was located in a central spot for activities like the rain forest and luquillo beach. The owner was very accommodating and allowed us to check out late. I recommend staying here for sure.

Great location

The location was great, not far from the beach. The water from the shower never got hot, and we did find some unwelcome bugs under the bed. Otherwise clean and well kept. Not great if others are staying in other clusters, try to book the same cluster or you may run into problems.

Great Location and Floorplan

Eduardo was very responsive and was clear and accurate in his descriptions of the property, house rules and provisions. The bedroom layout was perfect for our family of 5 and would easily accommodate a larger group. The location was perfect for us, beaches and pools were within a short walk, El Yunque is minutes away and San Juan less than one hour.

Birthday celebration stay

The place was comfortable. Entering and driving through the premises after 7 was a bit tricky. We had a blackout and were so lost trying to find the place in the dark. We recommend having working lanterns in all rooms and downstairs. I mentioned some things to the host, I hope he takes care of it. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful location and property

This was our first trip to Puerto Rico and we had a wonderful stay at this property. The property had wonderful accommodations including comfortable beds, clean and comfortable common areas with a beautiful view of lush greenery and the golf course. The patio was comfortable for coffee and breakfast. It was central to many of the activities we chose as well (bio bay, beaches, El Yunque). The beach was a short walk or drive away and chairs were also available on the beach. The pool we used in cluster two was quiet and a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. Overall we would stay at this property again.

Nice holiday vacation in Rio Mar - Cluster II

The villa was exactly as described and very clean. It was very tastefully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the privacy and tree views as well. This location is very safe and convenient to scuba/snorkeling boats/ferries to Culebra and Vieques from Fajardo, El Yunke forest, the kioskos restaurants in Luquillo, and San Juan is less than one hour away. Golfing at the resort was nice. We used the Cluster II pool, which is huge but not heated. We also used the Beach Club pool, bar and beach chairs. One very strict guard told us that short-term renters are not welcome but he could not refuse us access to the public beach through the pool, and the check-in staff at the beach club pool entrance were very open-minded and never gave us any grief. Just remember to say you are going to the beach to any difficult security employee at the parking lot, and leave your car on the grass outside. The beach was wonderful, like a postcard—soft sand, coconut trees for shade, small waves for boogie boarding, and miles for long walks. Eduardo was very helpful and responsive. We recommend this property for your next vacation in Puerto Rico!

Perfect size for our family

We had family stay here with us (grandparents, adult siblings, and teen daughter) - in total 6 of us. The size was perfect for our family. The location is good too - but be prepared for a walk to the beach or drive. My mom can't walk too well due to an injury so the stairs to the condo and the walk to the beach were a bit difficult for her - but we made it work. We had some trouble with the TV, but also figured that out. Some of the surfaces could have been cleaned a bit better (table in living room very dusty and the kitchen cabinets could use a good scrub), but overall we were happy with everything. Eduardo was easy to get a hold of and very responsive.

Very pleasant, comfortable, fun-filled stay

The property is very nice and is in a gated community. The property allows access to a private beach which is awesome. The pool (Regular + Kids + Heated) is adjacent to the beach and is excellent. Access to the restaurants and Casino at Wyndham was the cherry on top. Additionally because it is in the gated community, the secondary entrances are open only in the day making you feel more secure. I would not hesitate to rebook this property.

Family Vacation

The Villa was spacious for our family of 8. It was very clean. The Villa itself is exactly like the pictures and descriptions. I rated the accuracy of online listing as a 2 because we expected to have access and use of 2 pools and only had 1 available. The pool near the beach was under construction which also made access to the beach near that pool very inconvenient as there were construction vehicles through the entire entrance. Access to El Yunque was very close and my family loved exploring and hiking. OSJ is an easy drive away and the local restaurants near the Villa (off property) were also very good. The local grocery store was also very conveniently located to the Villa. We did have a difficult time getting into the cluster as we did not know we had to enter the main gate, Eduardo was very easily accessible and responded immediately to my questions, helping us to get onto the property.

Wonderful Stay!

My husband, sister and I recently stayed at this villa and had a wonderful vacation! The unit was extremely clean, well appointed and had everything we needed to ensure our comfort and enjoyment during our stay. We used the cluster pool as well as the community pool, and did some sightseeing. Our host, Eduardo, was very responsive whenever we reached out with questions. We would definitely return and highly recommend this villa.

Great vacation spot

Our family of six (2 adults, 2 young kids) had a wonderful stay. The villa was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the location was great! Great Stay in Stella

There were 7 of us that stayed here. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. The owner was quick to respond when I had a question about the wifi. The location of the condo is great as it's on a resort and there's several pools, a beach area, a golf course ans a resteraunt. There's a pool that's a quick walk away. Everything else is walkable but it's easier/quicker to drive. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Great stay

Our family of six (2 adults, 4 kids ages 17 - 22) had a wonderful time at Villa Bonita in Rio Grande. The house is on a resort. Access to a nice strip of palm tree-lined beach with free use of loungers and the swimming pool was very nice. The house was perfectly clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. We loved using the large kitchen table for family dinners and game nights. Large beach towels were available for use. It was good to have a washing machine and dryer. The property is located on a gated community, close to El Yunque and Luquillo. Home owner Eduardo responded promptly to any questions we had, but there was not much communication needed with the house being in a great condition. Overall a great experience, would definitely recommend staying here.

Great place!

This home was great! Had everything we needed to get started. Was fairly clean, no bugs or flies, and we only saw 1 single lizard during our entire stay. Air conditioners worked great and we were comfortable at all times. Water pressure in the showers could be better but it gets the job done. The resort grounds are impeccable, the beach is gorgeous full of soft sand, and the pool is a bonus. There is a stray cat issue and they hang out everywhere trying to get scraps, but they weren't mean or anything. There are quite a few stairs to get in and out of the villa. This was only an issue for my mother who is disabled, but she managed okay. This place has everything you need, is way better than a hotel, and is conveniently close to the rainforest, snorkeling, and other activities. The host is very welcoming and responds quickly to questions. I would definitely stay here again, loved it! Thank you for having us!

Resort Condo in Shadow of El Yunque

The property is exactly as advertised and suited our family of parents and adult children well. Communication with the owner was clear & rapid. The condo was clean, comfortable and has A/C and a beach cooler & towels. We used the community pools & beach (lots of natural shade at beach), spent a couple hours at the Wyndham Casino, hiked El Yunque (educate yourself about ticket process), took a fun power boat snorkel / beach day trip to Culebra, took a day trip to Old San Juan & Pork Highway, and had easy access to leave our Enterprise rental car at the Wyndham and arrange for a taxi to Ceiba ferry to Vieques for the rest of our trip (educate yourself about ferry tickets). We ate twice at resort (lunch at pool shack was fine, skip the $$$ breakfast buffet), but we mostly ate at local places outside the resort. Since we were busy, we did not cook at condo but we would have had we stayed longer.

The villa is located in Cluster #2 which has its own recreational area with a newly renovated swimming pool and Gazebo for activities and grilling. The villa has a spectacular view of the golf course from the back balcony. It has a cross ventilated layout which makes it ideal for enjoying the breathtaking tropical scenery from the outdoor terrace. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and modern appliances. Fresh linens and towels are provided. It has three air conditioned bedrooms, the Master bedroom on the first floor has a king size bed, a full bathroom and a Roku Smart TV. The second bedroom has two queen size beds and the third room has a two twin beds with twin trundle beds underneath. The 3rd bedroom also has a LED TV (Smart TV with App's). These two bedrooms share a common bathroom down the hallway. Wireless internet service is provided. There is a 55' LED Smart TV (with App's) in the living room with Cable TV. A BBQ grill is included for your use at the open terrace. Great for family vacation. We provide all linens and towels and a fully equipped kitchen, we provide only essentials for the beginning of your stay. (i.e. a few rolls of toilet paper and soap). We do not provide any shampoo, dishwasher liquid, paper towel, trash bags, etc. It is recommended to rent a car to get to the villa and to get around the nearby attractions (El Yunque, Luquillo Kiosk, Restaurants, etc.). To get around Rio Mar you can use the rental car or walk.
