Condo 4 BR avec 4 forfaits de ski quotidiens, accès au bain à remous, jacuzzi et piscine

L'extérieur et l'intérieur de la copropriété de 1800 pieds carrés ont été rénovés récemment. L'unité a vue sur Keystone Mountain et est à quelques pas de la ligne de navette gratuite pour Keystone Mountain avec des connexions à Arapahoe Basin et Breckenridge. Les quatre forfaits de ski chaque jour permettent de skier ou d'embarquer gratuitement à Keystone et Breckenridge. L'unité est à environ cinq minutes à pied de Lakeside Village qui a des restaurants et du patin à glace en plein air. River Run Village est un court trajet en bus ou cinq minutes en voiture.

Le condo a Internet haute vitesse. L'unité est nettoyée professionnellement avant votre arrivée et après votre départ. Les animaux ne sont pas admis.

Configuration du lit:
* Un lit queen-size au premier niveau dans une grande chambre
* Deux lits jumeaux au premier niveau dans une petite chambre
* Un lit king-size dans la suite principale au deuxième niveau
* Deux lits jumeaux dans une grande chambre au deuxième niveau
* Deux canapés-lits queen-size dans la salle familiale

Il y a une grande salle familiale et deux grandes tables à manger avec vue sur la terrasse orientée plein sud. La cuisine a de nouveaux appareils.

Nous préférons les locations à la semaine du samedi après-midi au samedi matin, mais nous envisagerons des locations de trois jours à certaines heures.

Very nice accommodations. We were a group of high school friends and it worked out great. We liked the location for the most part. It was was close to Dillion but at least a 1/2 hour from Breckenridge. This did allow us to explore the area more which we ended up liking. We added a day to our trip & the owners were very accommodating. Lots of room & a very nice deck area.

Keeping up our Keystone summer tradition

As our grandkids get older we need a bigger space to accommodate everyone. This space was perfect for 4 adults and 3 kids. The pool was a special treat, clean, warm and large. We only cooked one meal during our stay, and we had to get creative finding appropriate pots and pans to pull it together. We would book this property again in a heartbeat! Thanks.

Excellent communication from the property manager, location was just as described. It was awesome to have the lift tickets to try late season skiing at A Basin. We were disappointed that the pool was closed on Memorial Weekend, but that's not on the property owner.

Did not stay like a condo but like a house. Plenty of space, large rooms, easy parking and close to everything. The ski passes were #1! Very helpful for the beginners in our group that didnt have season passes, highly recommend

So cozy

Great cozy spot in Keystone. Bus stop is so close making it very convenient. We were 6 adults and never felt cramped. We cooked most our meals and appreciated the well stocked kitchen. We would stay there again.

Hidden Gem

Great spot near Keystone resort. Sleeping arrangement was perfect for two families with two teenagers each. Kitchen was well-appointed. Easy walk to hot tub and pool. Great price, and included ski passes! Owners were super responsive to questions. Could not ask for more. Would definitely stay again.

Keystone Condo.

Communication with owners was great. Real value in the Keystone, A basin and Breck lift tickets. Home had a good layout and accommodated our family nicely. Location is away from town but has easy access to amenities.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay with family. It’s very convenient to the mountain and the ski passes are great so you can take advantage of when the weather is good verses having to buy in advance. The only thing was there were a lot of steps down from the parking which while close makes taking baggage down a little difficult. As a family with several kids and lots of luggage it that was our only issue.

A great stay while away

Easy check-in and check-out process, pictures are accurate and a great location. The bus-stop is just a few steps from the parking spots which makes getting to and from the slopes very convenient. Newer mattresses and pillows are the only items we can think of to upgrade next. Thank you for many great memories!

What a Blast!

We had a great time! Passes were great two of them even got a 20% discount on, on mountain dining at Breck and Keystone! Kitchen was VERY well equipped... coffee maker and Kurig and blender, all the pans and utensils we needed! Beds were comfortable and lots of seating in the dining and living areas The property management messed up our departure date but they got it straightened out and we just had to get new Keys and parking passes on the way back from skiing at Breck. Overall I highly recommend. Leah was great to work with!! Just don't spread the word too much on this place as we'd like to be able to book it again!

Clean, comfortable, and quiet

Very clean townhome. The description of the property is accurate. It is at the end of a row of townhomes, with neighbors on one side only. Ample space for seating and dining. Kitchen is modern. All the fixtures, sinks, lights, etc worked well. Tons of windows to open for fresh, cool, mountain air. I would definitely stay here again. I've been wary of short term rentals in the past after some negative experiences, but this exceeded my expectations.

Very responsive owners

Condo/ townhome was exactly as described. 1 photo was misleading. We thought from the photo the pool was located next to the condo/townhome. That was our only disappointment. It wasn't far away but it was further than we expected. It was a very nice pool that was well kept. Would definitely stay again. It was a beautiful location and the owners were wonderful to work with.

nice but dated condo, kitchen well stocked with spices &dishes everything but glasses only 4, needs some minor repairs including refrigerator doesn't get cold, nice view end unit easy access to mountain and town. one of the "bedrooms" has a picture window overlooking living room with 2 twin beds no dresser or closet. had enough room in common area to sit and talk around the tables. ski passes were great

We are sorry there were so few glasses there. We started the season with over 30 so it was a rough season. If we had known, we could have gotten them replaced. The refrigerator is working . We encourage our guests to contact us if they have any problems and we make every effort to resolve any problems.

Week after 4th of July, 2020

Our trip was a family getaway (2 families, 9 of us total) to continue social distancing, but up in the mountains to get some outdoor activity. Great location, with lots of scenic views, hiking, biking and water activity options nearby. The place was a great size with plenty of room for all of us. It was clean and had everything that you would expect in a condo rental. Only a few small challenges: hot water ran out quickly (Tank not big enough for all 9 of us to shower without some planned spacing); needs a new toaster; master bedroom door wouldn’t lock when closed. Overall, great place and great experience. We would return for sure!

We, Steve and Leah, grew up and worked most of our lives in Iowa until retiring in Colorado. Steve had the privilege of being a partner of Bill Bergman, one of the founders of the Keystone Resort. We, along with other Iowans, were original shareholders of Keystone International, Inc. which is the reason we have the four transferable ski passes. Our family has vacationed in Summit County for over 50 years. Our friends, guests and we have enjoyed the family friendly winter and summer amenities at the Keystone Resort and Summit County.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

You are going to spend most of your time enjoying everything the area has to offer. Our unit is one of few rental units that provides 4 daily transferrable ski/snowboard passes for Keystone, Breckenridge or Arapahoe Basin as a part of your accommodations. Its location on the Keystone Resort winter bus route which will enable you to avoid driving and parking in a lot that is far from the Keystone lifts. When the lifts are running during the summer, you may also use the transferable passes to ride the lift to the top of Keystone Mountain for one-of-a kind photos.

You have access the condominium outdoor heated pool and indoor hot tub and sauna. You'll enjoy the restaurants and breweries in Summit County as well as the outlet and shopping malls. There are hard surface bike trails for you to ride from Keystone to Breckenridge, Dillon, Frisco and Vail.

Occupancy limits are set at 12 guests by Summit County. The unit has a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in a first level bedroom, two twin-size beds in two other bedrooms and two queen-size pullout sofas in the family room. Your whole group can stay connected with the high-speed internet provided.

Unfortunately, we do not allow any pets. The unit is professionally cleaned before your arrival and after you leave for the safety and satisfaction of our guests.

We hope to welcome you to our condo! Please submit a request to stay of reach out with questions. We prefer full-week stays from Saturday afternoon to Saturday morning, but will consider 3-day rentals certain periods of the year.
