Step inside and be greeted by lake views through the tall cathedral windows of this recently updated home with a spacious open floor plan and an abundance of natural light. There is plenty of seating around the stone gas fireplace in the living room where you can warm up by the fireside on chilly nights and catch your favorite show on the flat-screen TV. There is also an adjacent sitting area if you would rather cozy up in one of the club chairs with a cup of tea and a good book, as you soak up the sunlight and serene lake view.

The inviting modern kitchen and dining room are steps away allowing everyone to congregate on the main level and never miss out on good conversation no matter what each other is doing. Enjoy stainless steel appliances to cook up a delicious feast for your guests or set out the appetizers on the beautiful granite counters to keep hungry appetites at bay while the grill master works their magic on the gas grill on the deck. The swim spa offers a state of the art swim side with self-propelling jets or relax in the warmer hot tub adjacent to the swim side. The master suite is located on the second floor and features a king-sized bed, TV, and lake view. The second bedroom on this level that features a queen-sized bed. Kids or young adults will be close by and will enjoy the twin bunk beds in the third bedroom that also has two additional twin beds as well as a queen bed. The fourth bedroom offers a twin sized pull out as well as a desk perfect for remote work. The early risers in your group will enjoy the King -sized bedroom located on the main level where they can grab their morning coffee and enjoy the dawn hours in peace in the living room or out on the deck.

The sandy beach and hiking trails of Deep Creek Lake State Park are a short drive away or hit the green at nearby Thousand Acres 18-holes during the colorful fall season. If your rental is listed as having a Boat Dock as an amenity provided with this property, this is subject to weather conditions, water levels, and other natural factors. This home is not pet-friendly (undisclosed pet fee will be charged at 3x advertised pet fee). Swimspa availability is pending weather and may not be available during some winter months; call to check availability. This home does not have cable tv; however, streaming is available using guest's own account. Be advised that this home has an exterior camera. Garage access is not available. Max. parking spaces: 6

IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old. Check-In is between 4 pm – 9 pm. Check-Out is by 10 am. Smoking/Vaping, Parties, Exceeding Max Occupancy or Pet Limit are not allowed. No pets allowed in any home that is not specifically listed as Pet Friendly.

WHAT TO BRING: Please plan to bring your own supplies. One bath towel and one washcloth per person will be provided. Homes are equipped with cookware, dishes, drinkware, utensils, and bed linens for the max occupancy of the home. Propane will be provided for all propane grills; any refill requests can be made during normal business hours. Some items NOT provided include: paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, beach towels, firewood and makeup remover wipes (recommended to avoid fees for towel damage).

WINTER RESERVATIONS: A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.

RESERVATION PROCESS: (1) At time of booking- Electronically Sign the Rental Agreement to trigger your door codes and Pre-Arrival Information to be automatically sent. Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement. (2) One day prior to arrival- You will receive Pre-Arrival Information that contains your door lock code, address and other important info.
